With the acceleration of the urbanization process,the problem of “urban diseases” has become increasingly fierce,such as road congestion,environmental degradation,lack of infrastructure,etc.,which to some extent reflect that the humanized care for the crowd in urban planning is not sufficient.The main body of urban activities is the crowd.The ultimate goal of urban planning is also to meet the various needs of the people.The development of the city is,in the final analysis,based on the various needs of the people,which promotes the return of the idea of "humanism" in urban planning.In recent years,the national fitness movement has gradually emerged,people would like to pay more and more attention to their own health,and outdoor sports have been greatly developed.Outdoor sports have become a global fitness model due to its low carbon environmental protection,simple and easy to use,and have been favored by the general public.However,due to various factors such as time and distance,the walking fitness activities of most people can only be carried out in the city,which has a great demand for the walking and fitness environment inside the city.The 14 th National Games in 2021 will be held in Xi'an,which will undoubtedly accelerate the pace of urban construction in Xi'an,increase the construction of Xi'an city,promote the development of modern service industry,enhance the construction of soft power in Xi'an,and build a strong sports city.Under the background of the National Games,it is bound to play an active role in promoting the development of the Xi'an urban walking movement and the development of its supporting facilities and space.Taking Qujiang New District of Xi'an as the research object,this paper focuses on how to create a walking fitness atmosphere and organize hiking fitness trails in urban spatial planning to better meet the public's hiking fitness needs.This paper first studies the development of crowds,hiking fitness trails and trails in urban space,and defines several concepts studied in this paper.On this basis,the basic attributes of the crowd and hiking fitness trails were studied.Based on the study of basic attributes,the paper takes Qujiang New Area(Phase I)as an example.Firstly,it combines research and questionnaire interviews to study the basic attributes(composition,preferences,etc.)of Qujiang New Area,and then conducts the types of walking fitness.Classification,classification and study of its use and demand for space.Next,analyze and evaluate the current situation of hiking fitness environment in Qujiang New District,and analyze the status quo through different perspectives(sports APP,WeChat big data,etc.).In combination with the above,the trails are classified according to different types of activities of the crowd,and the distribution of the trails is analyzed,including accessibility and coverage.At the same time,the construction of the current situation site is evaluated,including sections,public facilities,and open spaces.Finally,according to the analysis and evaluation of the previous article,the planning principles and strategies are proposed,and the space reorganization and design of the hiking fitness trails in Qujiang New District is carried out.
