Three-dimensional position detection of space object occupies an irreplaceable position in the field of photoelectric detection,while explosion point position detection has become an important part of military equipment research gradually.The explosion point spatial position measurement system based on position sensitive detectors is designed in order to overcome some defects of current methods such as slow response rate,low precision and complex system.In this system,position sensitive detector is used as detecting sensors.The effective optical target is imaged on two position sensitive detector photosensitive surfaces via optical lens and the two-dimensional image coordinates are acquired by signal processing circuit.Finally the threedimensional spatial coordinates of explosion point can be calculated by known relative position relations of two detecting units combined with system.The research contents and main tasks of this paper includes:1.Explosion point spatial position measurement method of dual PSD sensors is determined according to design requirement.After studying theoretical model of parallel optical axis explosive point spatial position measurement and calculating relevant parameters of the optical imaging system,the general scheme is proposed for this measurement system.2.The signal processing circuit is designed according to PSD theory and the embedded system based on USB(ARM)control system and CPLD is designed which completes the steps of signal control,data storage and calculation as the central control unit.At the same time,in order to meet actual requirements,measurement auxiliary unit and calibration test unit are designed which complete the debugging work.3.Logic control time sequence with CPLD is designed based on USB(ARM)control system.The software program between host and slave computer is designed to complete the function of human-computer interaction.Finally,the explosion point spatial position information is displayed on the host computer interface.4.Then equipment device of explosion point position measurement based on PSD is set up.After making some preset experiments including noise detection,response speed detection and stability verification,the experiment of explosion point position measurement using LED under outdoor conditions is completed.And the feasibility of position measurement system is verified according to three different directions.Final experimental results show that the response time of this system is better than 10?s.The detection range in depth direction is from 16 m to 32 m,while maximum absolute error is 163 mm.Measurement results in horizontal and vertical direction have great linear relationship with the actual distance and accuracy is less than 0.82%.So this system can meet the application requirements of explosion point spatial position measurement.
