| With economic growth and social progress, people are eager for a greener and cleaner way of travel. In the context of developing the low-carbon economy and promoting the new energy strategy, the electric vehicle industry has developed rapidly. However, the charging behavior of large-scale electric vehicles poses a huge challenge to the charging management and the stable operation of the power grid. This paper studies the coordinated charging strategies based on multi-network integration, including the time-of-use pricing charging control strategy and the optimal charging route planning strategy.According to the time-of-use pricing charging control strategy, the electric vehicles can be charged in order and the user experience and cost can be improved under the premise of ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power grid.According to the optimal charging route planning strategy,it can improve the urban road congestion and optimize the grid load distribution under the premise of satisfying users’ charging needs, thereby improving the charging efficiency of large-scale electric vehicles. The implementation of coordinated charging strategies requires the information from the vehicle network, parking network, charging network and smart grid. Therefore, this paper proposes and implements a coordinated charging management system based on multi-network integration. The system is designed to meet users’ charging needs and guide the ordered charging of electric vehicles. The whole system is divided into four functional modules: data processing, analysis and calculation, monitoring and display and offline processing.Based on the overall design of the system, the structure design and hardware and software design were carried out. After completing the C/S architecture design, the data interaction design was completed based on Socket technology and JSON markup language. The server design was completed based on the completed port model, and the client design was completed based on MFC technology. The database design was completed with SQL Server. Finally, the system software and hardware platform were built, and the overall development of the charging management system was completed, and the main functions of the system were realized and demonstrated. |
