| Distributed combined cooling heating and power(CCHP)integrates high technology and equipment such as gas turbine,gas internal combustion engine,steam turbine,absorption chiller,heat pump and energy integrated control system.Nowadays,the new CCHP takes fossil energy as its core,and integrates renewable energy and water in cities.Under the guidance of the principle of cascade utilization of scientific energy and energy,it can achieve significant energy saving,reduce environmental pollution and meet the requirements of building a conservation-oriented society.However,due to uncertainties such as new energy output,load demand,market price and natural gas price,operators will face risks in the dispatching of CCHP system.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the dispatching of CCHP system considering conditional risk.A distributed CCHP system with photovoltaic,CCHP,ground source heat pump and various energy storage devices is established.The objective function is to minimize the total cost in the scheduling cycle.YALMIP is used to model and CPLEX solver is used to solve the model.The optimal output of each device is obtained.The simulation analysis shows that the application of heat pump and energy storage is conducive to the decoupling of the three energy sources in CCHP,which makes the equipment more autonomous to participate in load dispatching,thus increasing the flexibility and regulation power of dispatching.Incorporating heat pump and energy storage device into the optimization model can reduce the change rate of net load,play the role of peak shaving and valley filling,and greatly reduce the fuel consumption of units,save resources,bring more significant economic benefits to CCHP system,with rationality and economy.Considering the rapid development of demand response(DR)in power system,it is very important to utilize this resource as a part of future energy infrastructure.The response load can vary at each scheduling time.The influence of uncertainty of photovoltaic generation,energy price and load forecasting on CCHP scheduling problem is dealt with by stochastic programming method.Latin hypercube sampling method is used to generate various uncertain scenarios,and backward reduction method is used to reduce the number of scenarios.In addition,the method of conditional value at risk(CVaR)is combined with the scheduling model to minimize the sum of expected cost and CVaR.The results show that under the condition of energy supply and demand balance,the influence of risk coefficient,confidence level and demand-side response on the economic dispatch of CCHP is discussed,which plays a guiding role in the security and economy of the dispatching decision maker’s balancing system. |
