With the global interconnection and the arrival of knowledge economy,the content of core competitiveness of enterprises is becoming more and more extensive and diverse.There are not only capital and information competition among enterprises,but also human capital and knowledge capital development speed competition.There is more competition between enterprises on the integration of internal and external resources and the speed of transformation.Enterprises need to build a platform to promote the development of human capital and knowledge capital to integrate and develop internal resources to promote the core competitiveness of enterprises.The G Energy Group selected in this paper is a comprehensive energy enterprise registered in Hong Kong,dominated by new energy and clean energy,and diversified in related industries.The main business involves power,photovoltaic manufacturing,natural gas,industrial park,integrated circuit materials,mobile energy and electric industry new ecology and other industrial areas of collectivization companies.In different strategic periods of the group's development,G Energy Group Enterprise University provides talent reserve support for the group through talent development and training,cultural inheritance and so on.At the beginning of the establishment of G Energy Enterprise University,the main talent training was the main core function,but with the development of group business,talents could not keep up with the pace of group development.In particular,the outstanding talents trained by enterprise universities do not meet the requirements of human ability in the business development of the group,resulting in the dislocation of talents needed by enterprise university personnel training and enterprise strategy.How to match the talent training of enterprise universities with the development direction of enterprise strategy,so as to provide excellent talent support for the development of the group.Through the exploration and research on the orientation,function and related theory of enterprise university,and through the questionnaire investigation and leadership interview to the graduate students,the author explores and studies the orientation,function and related theory of enterprise university.This paper explores and analyzes the problems and reasons existing in the process of mismatch between G energy enterprise university operation and enterprise strategy,from the operation plan management of enterprise university to the efficiency of university operation organization construction.The integration of university operation and implementation process and the value of university operation control management are studied,and the new operation orientation of G Energy Company is formed as the platform of knowledge creation and innovation and the management platform of student resources.Realize the empowerment of the value of human capital.At the same time,optimize the value output of the enterprise university to realize the students link the enterprise business,support the organization strategy,activate the enterprise stock resources,and finally form the enterprise university operation "one body,two wings and three centers" operation and management mode.In order to realize the spiral appreciation of enterprise knowledge capital and human capital,and then promote the promotion of the core competitiveness of enterprises,and promote the realization of organizational strategic support of enterprise universities.
