Since twenty-first Century,transportation facilities in China have been developing rapidly.As the main branch of traffic construction industry,bridge belongs to the high-risk industry in traffic construction.The risk of bridge runs through its construction and operation.Based on the deep research of risk management technology at home and abroad,combined with the characteristics of large-scale bridge construction and the actual situation of the project,this paper establishes a scientific and effective risk identification,estimation and evaluation method to manage and control the construction risk of large-scale bridge more comprehensively and systematically,so as to ensure the safety of large-scale bridge construction.Tools have very important engineering practical significance.The research contents are as follows:(1)On the basis of comprehensive cause theory,combined with the construction characteristics of large bridges,a causal model of bridge construction safety risk based on comprehensive cause theory is constructed.Furthermore,the basic process of bridge construction safety risk management is put forward,which provides information and basis for large-scale bridge construction safety risk management.(2)Based on the analysis of existing bridge construction risk identification methods,this paper proposes an expert investigation method based on accident statistics,which can effectively improve the efficiency and reliability of bridge construction risk identification.(3)The risk identification table is constructed,and the risk sources are analyzed by fishbone method to find out the risk factors,and then the risk factors are summarized into a list of risk factors with the sub-project as the unit.(4)Based on the analysis of the basic principle and engineering application effect of the traditional conditional method in bridge construction safety assessment,this paper puts forward the improved LEC method which can consider the safety management factors in the safety risk assessment of large-scale bridge construction to provide the basis for bridge construction safety.(5)On the basis of studying the characteristics of construction safety risk of large-scale bridges in China and the existing evaluation methods of bridge construction safety risk,the uncertain network analysis method is put forward to determine the weight of risk influencing factors and to provide the basis for formulating risk control measures;and according to the construction characteristics of large-scale bridges,the general requirements for risk control are given.And part of the major safety risks of sub divisional works of risk control technicalmeasures.(6)Based on the pile foundation construction of a viaduct,the paper applies the basic principles of risk occurrence mechanism,risk identification,risk estimation and evaluation to the risk management of the project,and verifies the application effect of the research results in the actual project.
