China is known as the "factory of the world",it is a well-deserved manufacturing power.With the development of China's industry and economy,people's demand for products is changing more frequently.It is an important method for manufacturing enterprises to quickly occupy the market and obtain extra profits by adjusting the production plan in a short period of time and scheduling scheme in line with the change of customer demand.At present,the competition among manufacturing enterprises has shifted from production scale and product quality to response speed.How to quickly accept the most profitable urgent orders and complete them with quality and quantity guaranteed within the shortest delivery period has become the key factor to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and improve economic benefits.Taking R company as an example,this paper analyzes and improves its existing emergency order processing scheme.In the evaluation stage of emergency orders,the main factors affecting company R's production plan are analyzed by consulting materials and field investigation,and eight order evaluation indexes are used to analyze them,and cloud model is introduced to process the evaluation indexes.Ten experts were selected to collect natural language evaluation,and the fuzzy evaluation was transformed into accurate and reliable value through the transformation between qualitative and quantitative cloud model,and then the relative weight of evaluation index was determined through statistical related knowledge processing,and then the data was brought into the data to finally get the order priority ranking.Firstly,in the order scheduling stage,this paper processes the accepted orders in batches according to the actual production situation of the enterprise.On the basis of considering the minimum mold changing times of mixed production,order delay/return punishment and inventory cost,a function aiming at the maximum profit value is established.Secondly,the improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the function: the improved crossover method is used to prevent the duplication and deletion of genes on chromosomes,so that the operators designed for the ordering problem can play a better role.In order to prevent the algorithm from falling into local optimality,the improved mutation method is adopted to further prevent gene deletion and duplication.Finally,taking the order information of company R's monthly production cycle in May 2019 as an example,the proposed emergency order processing method is verified by an example.The results show that the improved plan is obviously superior to the original production scheduling plan.In May,the revenue brought by the emergency order to Company R increased by 28077 yuan compared with the original production scheduling plan,and the profit of the emergency order increased by 32.09%.At the same time,the number of mold change is reduced by 45 times,unnecessary waste is eliminated,and production efficiency and capacity are further improved.It has successfully reduced the operating cost,improved the company's production efficiency and the ability to respond to the market quickly.The paper has 18 pictures,26 tables and 77references...
