With the continuous expansion of the scale of construction projects in our country,the construction management process is gradually multi-dimensional and complicated.As the application of information technology in the field of construction engineering started late,The construction management platform with computer aided design mode drawings as the main data carrier has the problems of low correlation degree and large error between drawing data and construction site conditions,resulting in difficult information exchange and low coordination degree between construction departments and links,which seriously affects the construction progress and construction quality.The information management technology with building information model as the core and the collaborative design mode of dynamic workflow have become the inevitable trend to solve these problems.However,the existing BIM technology working platform has some problems,such as inconsistent construction progress information,low synchronization of construction site data,imperfect cooperative scheduling strategy,It is difficult to realize the efficient cooperative work of many parties in the process of construction management,which leads to the difficult application of BIM technology and construction management informatization technology and hinders the further development and in-depth application of construction engineering informatization.In order to solve the above difficulties,this paper proposes a dynamic workflow collaboration architecture for BIM construction management.Firstly,aiming at the decomposition and storage of construction progress information based on BIM,An extended BIM metadata storage structure based on construction information decomposition is proposed.The storage structure closely combines BIM model with construction progress information and dispatch order information,and includes construction site information in BIM model,which provides effective data level support for construction progress management and collaborative scheduling modeling.On this basis,a BIM-based construction progress information representation is proposed.Through the process reengineering of construction progress management,a Petri Nets workflow architecture based on extended BIM metadata is established to adapt to the dynamic changes of construction procedures and construction processes in construction progress management and provide the underlying technical support for cooperative scheduling of construction progress.In order to solve the problem of cooperative scheduling in construction management,through the cooperative analysis and re-modeling of construction personnel and construction process,a BIM-based cooperative scheduling management workflow of construction progress and two resolution strategies to solve the conflict of cooperative scheduling are proposed.Through the cooperative scheduling design,the correct operation of the dynamic workflow network is ensured,the smooth coordination of various departments and the reasonable allocation and use of various resources are ensured.Finally,using the BIM-based construction progress information representation,the BIM-based construction progress management workflow,As well as BIM-based construction progress coordination process scheduling and other technologies,taking rail transit engineering as an example,a rail transit construction management coordination platform is designed and implemented,which solves the practical problems of complex construction management process,difficult coordination of various specialties,isolated information island and the like in the extensive construction management process.The dynamic workflow collaboration architecture for BIM construction management proposed in this paper not only solves the problems of disconnection between BIM model and construction site situation and low data correlation degree in the construction management process,but also provides a solution for this type of problem.
