Since the 21 st century,permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSM)that use rare earth as the main material of the excitation magnet core have been widely used because of their small size,wide speed range,and fast response speed.For industrial production.With the exhaustion of world resources,replacing traditional fuel vehicles with electric vehicles to reduce environmental pollution has become the development strategy of every country in the world.The promotion and popularization of electric vehicles also require a lot of conditions,and having a better drive system is an essential condition.In-depth study of the permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system,so that it has excellent performance,has a pivotal position for China's future automotive industry development.In this paper,PMSM is taken as the research object,combined with reality,when in the actual operating working environment of electric vehicles,an electric vehicle drive system based on fuzzy adaptive PID and sliding mode speed observer is proposed,the vector control drive system of permanent magnet synchronous motor with good dynamic characteristics is studied The specific research contents are as follows:(1)The internal structure and research trend of PMSM are introduced.Based on the coordinate transformation and the working principle of PMSM,a mathematical model is established.In-depth research and design of PMSM space vector pulse width modulation technology.(2)To comprehensively analyze the basic principles of traditional PID and fuzzy control,in order to meet the higher performance requirements of electric vehicles,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the two control methods,combine with the advantages of fuzzy control and PID control,design a fuzzy adaptive PID speed controller.Using the Matlab / Simulink simulation toolbox,the PMSM control system simulation model was built,and the performance test of the fuzzy PID adaptive PMSM vector control system is implemented in the simulation.The simulation results verifies that the fuzzy PID adaptive control method has good dynamic characteristics.(3)Considering the production cost and safety of electric vehicles,the speed sensor technology of permanent magnet synchronous motors is deeply studied,the principle of sliding mode control is analyzed.According to the mathematical model of PMSM,derive the rotor position and speed expressions,and a sliding mode speed observer is designed of rotor detection device.To improve the defects of the traditional sliding mode variable structure,the approach function is used to reset the switching function,and an improved sliding mode speed observer is designed.A mathematical model of sliding mode velocity observer is built in Matlab / Simulink,and it is verified that the improved sliding mode observer greatly improved the stability of the system compared with the traditional sliding mode observer.(4)Combine the complex working conditions of the electric vehicle in the driving state,and simply analyze the force situation.Based on the PMSM semi-physical experiment platform,the experiment of simulating the driving situation of electric vehicles is carried out,and the data is compared with the simulation to verify that the drive system designed in this paper has excellent dynamic characteristics.
