The current environmental pollution and energy crisis urgently require the transformation of energy structure and the increase of the utilization rate of renewable clean energy.In this paper,the wind power and photovoltaic output are predicted by using the micro grid structure of CCHP with wind and solar complementary micro sources,and the optimized scheduling of CCHP system with wind and solar complementary micro sources is carried out by using the improved firefly algorithm,and the better economy is obtained.The specific work of this paper is as follows:First of all,the development situation of clean energy and micro grid of combined power supply is analyzed.According to the specific application environment,the micro grid structure of combined cooling,heating and power of wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation is fully utilized,and the wind power,photovoltaic power and other output units in the system are modeled.Finally,according to the basic principle of making the best use of wind and solar micro sources,the operation strategy is given for the purpose of optimizing the system economy.Secondly,considering the fluctuation and intermittence of wind power and photovoltaic output power,the necessity and significance of wind power prediction and photovoltaic power prediction are introduced.Then the limit learning machine is introduced,and PSOELM is selected as the power prediction method after comparing the improved methods of elm.According to the data of a town’s centralized wind and solar power poverty alleviation project in Liangshan Prefecture,the training and test are carried out,and the prediction results of the test data are given.PSOELM,elm and SVM were used to predict the test data,and the average relative error,root mean square error and training time were used to evaluate the performance.Finally,the improved adaptive firefly algorithm ADFA is obtained by improving the firefly algorithm.FA,ADFA and PSO algorithm are applied to sphere,Griewank and Rastrigin respectively,and their optimization curves are obtained.The effectiveness of the improved algorithm is verified by comparative analysis.Then,the constraints,objective functions and equipment configuration parameters of the microgrid are given.The PSOELM method is used to predict the output power of wind power and photovoltaic power,and the prediction results are preprocessed.Finally,FA algorithm and PSO algorithm are used to optimize the CCHP system with wind solar complementary micro source,and the effectiveness of the proposed ADFA algorithm in the CCHP system with wind solar complementary micro source is verified.The results show that the optimal scheduling ofCCHP system with wind solar complementary micro source by using ADFA can achieve better results under the premise of meeting the system requirements Economy.
