With the rapid increase of urban motor vehicle ownership,urban traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious.Road intersection is an important induction point of traffic congestion,and intersection signal control is one of the effective means to alleviate traffic congestion.Due to the influence of various uncertain factors,the flow of each inlet approach at the intersection has certain uncertainty.Therefore,this thesis studies the signal timing method of single intersection considering uncertainty.The contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows.Firstly,for single intersection,uncertainty prediction of traffic flow in all directions is realized.Taking a certain intersection in Nanjing as the research object,traffic flow sequence is constructed by arranging the flow of each inlet of a single intersection.The uncertainties of the sequence are predicted by SARIMA + GARCH combined model,and the results of traffic flow interval prediction are obtained.Then,according to the results of traffic flow interval prediction,signal timing schemes for single intersection with different uncertainties are constructed.Based on the results of traffic flow interval prediction,different combinations of signal timing boundary conditions are constructed.The signal timing parameters of intersections are calculated by using Webster model,and various signal timing schemes under different combinations of boundary conditions are obtained.Finally,the signal control performance under different timing schemes is simulated and analyzed,and the signal control method under uncertain conditions is obtained.Paramics software is used to establish the simulation model of single-point traffic signal control.The actual traffic flow is used as the input of the simulation model.Different signal timing schemes under different combination of boundary conditions are analyzed.The influence of traffic flow uncertainty on single-intersection traffic signal control is studied,and the single-point signal control method considering traffic uncertainty is obtained by summarizing the actual data.
