Since the outbreak of the world energy crisis,with the gradual development of building energy-saving technology,new insulation materials have been emerging.External thermal insulation technology of building envelope in our country mostly adopts external thermal insulation pasting technology.The subsequent fire and toxic gases in the thermal insulation layer of the external wall,as well as the seepage of the wall,the cracking of the thermal insulation layer,energy-saving failure and so on,seriously affect the safety of use and the quality of the project.The shedding of external thermal insulation system of exterior wall also occurs from time to time,which leads to the safety problems of buildings.This makes it difficult to compare the application quality of this technology in China with that in other countries.The composite non-removable thermal insulation formwork external wall thermal insulation system studied in this paper is a new building energy-saving structure system based on the existing new thermal insulation and energy-saving materials and energy-saving system.It has many advantages,such as high safety,excellent heat preservation performance,no demolition of moulds,easy construction and operation,etc.Promoting the application of template insulation and structural integration technology is an important measure to effectively solve the common quality problems and fire safety problems of energy-saving and thermal insulation projects.It is in line with the development direction of national energy-saving and emission reduction and industrial policy.It is of great significance to improve the building energy-saving level in cold regions of China and promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction field.In this paper,the structural optimization,thermal engineering and construction application of the exterior wall thermal insulation system with composite non-removable thermal insulation formwork in cold areas are studied.Firstly,the existing problems of exterior wall exterior insulation applied in cold area market are analyzed.Combined with field investigation,field investigation and data collection are carried out from safety issues,fire isolation belts,veneer tiles and other aspects.The safety of composite non-removal thermal insulation formwork system is checked and calculated,and improvement measures are put forward for future structural design of composite non-removal thermal insulation formwork.Secondly,according to the thermal requirement of cold area,the minimum thickness of cast-in-situ reinforced concrete with different thermal insulation cores can meet the thermal requirement of building in cold area when the thickness of cast-in-situ reinforced concrete is 200,which provides a reference method for the engineering application of composite thermal insulation formwork without demolition.The influence factors of heat transfer resistance and coefficient of heat transfer of exterior wall thermal insulation system with composite non-removable thermal insulation formwork were compared and studied.The influence of changing the insulation material and the height and width of the thermal bridge on the indoor temperature loss is analyzed,and the temperature loss of the thermal bridge column in various forms is determined.The condensation of the external thermal insulation system of the composite non-removal thermal insulation formwork is checked under the most disadvantageous conditions.This paper provides a reference for the formulation of standards,compilation of atlas and selection of design for exterior wall thermal insulation system of composite non-removable thermal insulation formwork in cold areas.Finally,the installation and fixing methods of composite non-removal heat preservation formwork are systematically introduced,and the construction process of coatings and tiles are optimized and improved respectively.On the basis of the existing construction technology schemes,the key points of construction quality control for the complete exterior insulation system of composite non-removal thermal insulation formwork exterior wall are integrated and optimized,and the key points of selection for the exterior insulation system of composite non-removal thermal insulation formwork exterior wall are put forward to provide technical reference for field construction.Through the above research conclusions,it provides theoretical support for the feasibility,design application and standard formulation of the integration of thermal insulation and structure of building formwork in cold areas.
