With the development of science and technology, people's requirements for structure are becoming lighter and lighter, and they can be expanded. Therefore, plate and shell structures have been widely used in aerospace, machinery, engineering and other fields due to their excellent performance.Because of its small thickness, thin shell structure will cause large deformation and influence on structural stability when contact occurs in specific use.If numerical simulation is not carried out in advance,it is easy to cause failure in the work. Therefore,it is of great scientific significance to study the dynamic contact of thin shell structure. And application value. The thin shell structure will experience large displacement and large deformation during operation, and based on the existing research, the traditional floating coordinate system method is based on the small deformation assumption, and it is impossible to accurately calculate the structure with large rotation and large deformation. The absolute node coordinate method proposed by Shabana starts from the continuum mechanics without introducing any assumptions. It can accurately describe the coupling of large displacement and large deformation of the structure, which is very suitable for solving the thin shell contact problem. This part studies the thin-shell contact dynamics based on the absolute node coordinate method. The main research contents are as follows:1.The ANCF thin-shell element which can realize efficient algorithm is introduced. The analytical expressions of its elastic force and its Jacobian matrix are given. The correctness of the element is verified by static bending example.2.The master-slave algorithm for contact detection is introduced, and the specific algorithm of contact detection and contact force is given. Finally,a cylinder static contact model is used to verify the accuracy of contact theory.3.The dynamic contact model based on the absolute joint coordinate method4.is calculated by the generalized-? method. The results show that the absolute joint coordinate method can accurately describe the process of thin shell contact.
