| Expressway construction is developing rapidly in China,and the number of expressway tunnels that have been opened to traffic in mountainous areas,especially in mountains and heavy hills,is increasing.Creating a more scientific and better light environment for highway tunnels,creating good visual conditions for drivers,and ensuring that drivers can safely and comfortably cross the tunnel at a certain operating speed is an issue that is increasingly concerned and valued by operation management departments.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the light environment and lighting technology of expressway tunnels.The safety of China’s existing high-speed tunnels is analyzed in this paper,on the basis of reading a large number of cases at home and abroad.The theory of driver’s safety and comfort visual recognition demand in the tunnel affected area is researched,and the light environment research method based on driving visual recognition demand is introduced.Based on the investigation on the lighting of highway tunnels in Guizhou Province,through field tests,a relationship model between the visual distance,brightness difference and operating speed of the tunnel entrance section was established.Given that the middle section of the tunnel is an area in the tunnel that is far away from the influence of external natural light,the driver’s vision is only restricted by the interior lighting of the tunnel.The driver’s dynamic visual recognition is obtained through a combination of dynamic and static real vehicle visual recognition tests.Based on the driver’s dynamic visual characteristics at the exit section of the tunnel,experiments are designed to recognize driver’s obstacles in tunnel light environment under different conditions.Analyze the test data,and propose multi-parameter indicators that characterize the light environment characteristics,such as color temperature,color rendering,and brightness.The tunnel entrance,middle,and exit sections meet the brightness thresholds for safe driving.A quantitative evaluation index system of light source characteristics that meets the needs of driving recognition at speed.Through the application practice in 12 tunnels of Sansui-Liping Expressway in Guizhou Province,it not only reduces the overall construction cost of San-Li Expressway,but also effectively solves the problem of large variation of light environment at the entrance and exit of the tunnel,and ensures the driving safety of drivers in mountain expressway tunnels.And it also provides an important reference for the safe operation of expressway mountain tunnels in our country. |
