Braking system as part of the car is very important,is the guarantee of driving safety.Braking system matching calculation,is an important part of the vehicle brake parts development,is the basis for development of braking performance.And as people become more and more high to the requirement of automobile quality,not only requires the braking system on the brakes,as an important part of human-computer interaction,more want to have a good sense of the brake pedal experience.Variable leverage than pedal can achieve good brake pedal feel,but it is mainly used in Japanese car,in the domestic independent brands use less,domestic independent research and development experience is insufficient,lack of related research.Combining with the theory and project development experience,the braking system of matching calculation,the design of variable leverage than the brake pedal and movement simulation analysis research,the concrete content is as follows:First,according to the requirement of the project development,for brake system parts selection scheme comparison,calculates the ideal braking force distribution before and after,synchronous adhesion coefficient and brake force distribution coefficient,etc.,to check of braking force,the rationality of the braking force distribution were analyzed,and the guarantee to matching parameters in accordance with the regulations.Secondly,to design the structure of the brake pedal,different from the traditional fixed lever than the brake pedal,this article through to the elliptical gear drive to change the leverage ratio,designed in the same on the brake pedal,pedal lever ratio,increase the universality and practicability of the brake pedal,further optimize the brake pedal feel,to provide reasonable pedal braking system matching parameter design.Then,through UG modeling and motion simulation module,simulation was carried out on the brake pedal assembly movement,to check the rationality of the pedal structure,and real-time mathematical model structure adjustment.Implement the simulation analysis combined with three dimensional mathematical model of rapid change.In this paper,the braking system matching computation to achieve the desired effect,to be leveraged than the development of the brake pedal has a certain guiding significance to the research and design means.
