Since China entry into the WTO,the rapid development of China's economy has led to the rapid development of aviation industry,but also spawned a new industry-airport VIP service industry.Domestic airports have set up sub VIP service companies to provide services for high-end passengers while gaining economic benefits and the VIP service market is gradually emerging.In recent years,affected by national policies and fluctuations in the development of various industries,VIP service business growth is sluggish,it is urgent to change the existing marketing strategy,to inject new impetus for VIP service products,find a way out of the development dilemma,and then achieve sustainable development.This paper starts with VIP service products problems of A Company,analyzes the causes of the problems,and reestablishes the pricing strategy of VIP service products based on the market survey data and existing sales data.At the same time,combined with the current situation of VIP service products sales channel of A Company,this paper raise the online and offline sales channel expansion strategy,and uses the multi-channel differential pricing strategy to attract customer groups,so as to improve the sales volume of VIP service products for A Company and maximize profits.In order to consolidate the research results,this paper also summarizes the eight supporting measures and information construction that senior managers need to promote,so as to ensure the pricing and channel strategies of A company can be smoothly promoted.As the market competition intensifies,the extensive management mode is unable to adapt to the future development inevitably.The airport VIP service industry must adapt to the change of the economic structure,the managers should think of the crisis,change the management concept,bold innovation,adjust the management model,and constantly improve their competitiveness,in order to continue to seek sustainable development in the future major changes.It is hoped that this paper can provide help for A Company's future business strategy adjustment and provide reference for other domestic airport VIP service industries.
