The booming economic environment and the gradual emphasis and support of enterprises have brought unprecedented opportunities to the development of the Chinese design community,however,as the lack of regulation and industry standards,many shortcomings have been exposed,the market is chaotic,insufficient ability to think systematically from the perspective of managers,no systematic marketing strategies,etc...Therefore,the marketing work of industrial design companies is becoming more and more important,which plays a key role in the survival and development of design companies.In the past two years,due to the downturn in the upstream small home appliance manufacturing industry,F Industrial Design Company,as an entrepreneurial company in the industrial design industry,has experienced operating risks such as a sharp decline in sales,exposing the problem of its own operational risks and survival vulnerability.In order to solve this problem,in this thesis,on the basis of analyzing the development trend and competition pattern of China's industrial design industry,the author made a systematic analysis and diagnosis of the company's main business market environment,competitive environment,existing market positioning,etc.,and found that the root of the company's current problems lies in the narrow customer types and the lack of systematic market positioning strategies and marketing mix strategies to expand the customer base.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the current market segmentation strategy and select the best target market to formulate market repositioning strategies to allow the company to break through current marketing dilemma.In order to better implement Company F's market repositioning strategy,this article proposes that the company's service marketing mix should be optimized,and corresponding optimization strategies for products,prices,channels,promotions,physical evidence,process control,personnel management,etc.should be formulated to improve the company's competitiveness in the market.
