Intake noise is one of the main noise sources of the vehicle.An important source of intake noise is the aerodynamic noise generated by the periodic change of engine valve opening and closing,i.e.the order noise.It is related to many factors such as the number of cylinders,rotating speed and ignition frequency of the engine.The order noise is generated along with the work of the engine,which is the most direct embodiment of the engine noise and the most important component of the intake noise.Therefore,the order component of the intake noise is the direct embodiment of the engine sound quality,especially during the vehicle acceleration,the quality of the intake noise has a great impact on the sound quality of the powertrain.In recent years,consumers have higher and higher requirements for vehicle sound quality.People are constantly exploring ways to achieve sound quality on real vehicles.This paper focuses on the relevant factors that affect the "dynamic sense" sound quality of acceleration,and realizes the characteristics of "dynamic sense" acceleration sound quality on real vehicles through the design of acoustic components of the air intake system.In the process of studying the acceleration sound quality of intake air,the influence relation between the order and the acceleration sound quality is obtained,and the energy ratio of the intake order noise and its main harmonics is proposed as the design index of the acceleration "dynamic sense" sound quality.By studying the subjective feelings of different orders of energy distribution in the acceleration process,two design ideas for the acceleration sound quality of intake noise are summarized and formed,namely,"order of energy highlights in turn" and "order of key frequency maintenance".In addition,this paper studies the subjective feelings of different single orders,from low order to high order.Based on this research,this paper puts forward the order range that should be highlighted to accelerate the "dynamic sense" sound quality,which provides a basic reference for the design of acceleration sound quality.On the basis of studying the relationship between the order and the sound quality of acceleration "dynamic feeling",this paper realizes the effect of accelerating the sound quality of "dynamic feeling" on real vehicles through the acoustic design of the air intake system.In the research,the frequency characteristics and order characteristics of the intake noise of the original vehicle are analyzed and evaluated firstly,and the problems existing in the intake noise of the original vehicle are determined.Then,the acoustic structure of the original vehicle is studied,the difference between the original scheme and the acceleration sound quality target is analyzed,and on this basis,the improvement scheme is proposed.The improvement of the real car was carried out two phase of design.In the first phase,five intake acceleration sound quality achievement schemes were designed,of which two schemes were close to the sound quality design target.In the second phase,two more schemes were designed,both of which achieved the design goal of accelerating sound quality and were in line with the two proposed design ideas of accelerating sound quality.In the design and test of accelerating the "dynamic sense" sound quality,a series of strategies and methods for controlling the order sound pressure level have been formed.Especially in the aspect of noise reduction design,aiming at the problems of resonance band and high frequency noise existing in the intake noise,different types of mufflers are designed to deal with them respectively.The purpose of noise reduction and silencing is successfully realized,which provides a good foundation for the design of the acoustic quality of the intake noise.These methods of noise reduction and sound quality tuning can provide design reference for practical engineering projects.
