Today's energy problems are increasingly prominent,and energy saving and emission reduction have become an inevitable topic in work and life.As concepts such as green buildings and smart grids become popular,wire and cable are playing an increasingly important role in social life.The production of green,environmentally friendly,energy-saving high-quality wire and cable is the general trend.Due to the complex extrusion mechanism of the wire and cable extrusion process,and the wire and cable extrusion system is a highly coupled,nonlinear system with large lag,it is difficult to establish an accurate mechanism model,so the wire and cable extrusion process can only rely on workers Experience to determine the process parameters.Therefore,the research on intelligent optimization algorithm to optimize the control of wire and cable extrusion process is of great significance to the production of wire and cable.Based on the analysis of wire and cable production line structure,extruder device and extrusion principle,this paper obtains several main process parameters that affect the wire and cable extrusion process,and does the following research based on experimental data:Firstly,in view of the characteristics of the mechanism model that is difficult to establish in the wire and cable extrusion process,a dual heuristic dynamic programming(DHP)algorithm based on online sequential extreme learning machine(OS-ELM)is used.The model network establishes a predictive model of wire and cable.The model network establishes a predictive model of wire and cable.And through simulation comparison experiments with back propagation neural network(BPNN)and radial basis function neural network(RBFNN)prediction models,the results show that OS-ELM generalization ability is stronger,Shorter running time and more accurate prediction results;Secondly,based on the prediction model of the wire and cable extrusion process,DHP is used to learn and optimize the process parameters of the wire and cable extrusion process,and extreme learning machine(ELM)is used to improve the evaluation and execution network of DHP algorithm.Through the comparative analysis of simulation experiments,the improved DHP has higher stability,faster convergence speed,and better process parameters,which realizes the optimal control of the wire and cable extrusion system;Finally,in order to improve the automation level of the wire and cable extrusion system,a Fieldbus Control System(FCS)is designed for the wire and cable extrusion process.Choose S7-400 series PLC as the controller;STEP7 for software programming and hardware configuration process;WinCC software for host computer interface design;OPC for communication between WinCC and MATLAB;realized real-time management and intelligent control of wire and cable production equipment.
