With the continuous progress of human society,the method of wired transmission has been unable to meet the increasing needs of human beings.At this time,wireless transmission has gradually entered the stage of history with its advantages of convenience and safety.Magnetically Coupled Resonant Wireless Power Transfer is a technology that uses two resonant coils of the same frequency for efficient energy exchange to achieve wireless power transmission.Compared with other wireless energy transmission technologies,MCR-WPT technology has the advantages of good directivity and high power transmission efficiency at medium distances.The power transmission efficiency of MCR-WPT technology has always been the focus of research at home and abroad,and the structure of the resonant coil is a key factor affecting the power transmission efficiency of the system.In view of the highly restricted application scenarios of resonant coils,the article deeply discusses the MCR-WPT system based on conical resonant coils is of certain value.First,the article discusses the influence of the loss of the resonant coil on the total energy of the system based on the coupled mode theory.Then,based on the circuit theory,the expression of the relationship between the power transmission efficiency of the system and the circuit parameters is derived,and the expression of the optimal turns is obtained.The expressions of resistance and inductance of the conical resonant coil are further derived,and the influence of the parameters such as the number of turns,the maximum diameter,the radius of the copper wire,and the distance between the two resonant coils on the power transmission efficiency of the system is obtained.Then,based on the simulation software,the article establishes a comparison experiment of three sets of cone resonance coils and spiral resonance coils,and then calculates their magnetic flux density map and power transmission efficiency.The simulation results show that the cone resonance coils have higher power transmission efficiency The power transmission efficiency of the spiral resonant coil,and the more the number of turns of the resonant coil,the higher the power transmission efficiency of the cone resonant coil compared to the spiral resonant coil;further based on the simulation software analysis and study of the pitch,taper,the influence of the structural parameters such as the number of turns,the maximum diameter and the radius of the copper wire on the power transmission efficiency of the system,the rule of the influence of the structural parameters of the cone-shaped resonant coil on the power transmission efficiency of the system is obtained,and the optimization scheme is proposed accordingly.Finally,the article completed the design of the experimental device of the MCR-WPT system,and manually wound the tapered resonance coil and the spiral resonance coil,and finally established the experimental device platform of the system;the experimental measurement data showed that the power transmission efficiency of the tapered resonance coil The power transmission efficiency of the spiral resonance coil is about 5% higher;the article also verified through experiments that increasing the maximum diameter of the tapered resonance coil can significantly increase the power transmission distance of the system,and lit a light when the transmission distance is 0.3m The 10 W incandescent lamp further discusses the effect of frequency and radial distance offset on the power transmission efficiency of the system,and draws relevant conclusions.
