Aerial cameras have extensive application requirements in many important fields such as resource telemetry,meteorological observation,and military reconnaissance.The use of aspherical or free-form optical elements in aerial cameras will greatly improve imaging performance.The effects of geometric,force and thermal errors and vibration on the imaging performance of aspherical or free-form optical systems are not yet clear.Especially with the development of aerial camera technology,vibration has gradually become the main factor affecting the imaging quality of aerial cameras.In order to study the influence of these factors on aspherical or free-form aerial imaging systems,a threeaxis image stabilization aerial camera is designed,and its vibration isolation is analyzed and studied.The specific contents are as follows:1.Based on the analysis of the working characteristics and working methods of the aerial camera,the mechanical structure,optical system and control system of the aerial camera were designed.A three-axis image stabilization method was proposed to provide better imaging quality.For the design of the optical system,the fourth lens in the lens group is designed as an aspheric lens.Using ANSYS WORKBENCH,the static analysis of the triaxial image stabilized aerial camera designed in this paper is performed to analyze its static stiffness.Based on analysis the structural composition of the aerial camera,this paper designs a servo control system for the triaxial image stabilized aerial camera and selects the control board,driving components and feedback components of the control system.2.Based on the analysis of the working characteristics of the triaxial image stabilized aerial camera,and through the theory of coordinate transformation,the relationship of the object and the image while the operation of the triaxial image stabilized aerial camera is established.Then use Monte Carlo statistical analysis method and Matlab software to simulate the random vibration effect of the aerial camera working environment,and analyze the vibration image motion3.Establish a three-axis image stabilization aerial camera prototype vibration reduction system,select spring vibration reduction system as the support module of the vibration reduction system,liquid viscous damper as the vibration reduction system damping module,calculate the support stiffness and damping coefficient of each component,use ANSYS WORKBENCH The modal analysis and harmonious response analysis of the three-axis aerial camera vibration reduction system are carried out to analyze the inherent characteristics of the three-axis image stabilization aerial camera vibration reduction system.4.Aiming at the imaging quality of aerial cameras,the three-axis image stabilization aerial camera was designed and completed in the laboratory static and dynamic imaging comparison test and outfield flight imaging test to verify whether the aerial camera imaging quality is clear and meet the imaging quality requirements.
