Research On The Construction Of Internal Control Of Fund Management In NJ Construction Group

As trade friction intensifies in 2019,China's economy as a whole still faces down ward pressure.The state issued policies to cope with the downward pressure of the eco nomy,and adopted continuous counter-cyclical adjustment,which was gradually strength ened.As a result,the construction industry as a whole maintained stable development.PPP(public private partnership),also known as PPP mode,is a project operation mode in public infrastructure.Under this model,private enterprises and capital are encouraged to cooperate with the government to participate in the construction of public infrastruct ure.As "PPP" enters the standardized development stage and more unqualified fake "P PP" projects are eliminated,China's construction industry is gradually moving towards a high-quality development direction.However,due to the widespread problems in the co nstruction industry,such as long construction time,much advance payment in the early stage,slow capital return and capital dispersion,the capital management problem in thi s industry is particularly prominent.In the context of market economy,this paper aims to solve the problem of capital management in the construction industry through the re search on the construction of internal control of capital management in construction gro up enterprises,so as to prevent and resist the risks related to enterprises and capital an d ensure the healthy and stable development of enterprises.In this paper,by looking through the Chinese and foreign about the internal contro l of cash management literature and the construction industry related information,combi ned with the existing fund management of internal control theory,using case analysis i n the construction industry group enterprise NJ company as an example,based on the f inancial status and the present situation of the management structure of NJ group,foun d that all kinds of problems of NJ group fund management and the essential reason be hind the problem,through the system in-depth analysis in view of the problem put for ward the corresponding solutions,the following conclusions: Construction group because of their special industry attributes,to fundamentally solve the problem of money mana gement,from the case of the characteristic of the enterprise combining with the charact eristics of the industry,from the bank account management,centralized fund manageme nt,capital budget management,finance management as a whole,and internal audit supe rvision and other aspects in order to strengthen the management of funds for the constr uction of the internal control system,guard against money management risk.This articl e start from the status quo of internal control construction funds management,combine d with the actual situation of NJ construction group company,provides the fund manag ement construction scheme of the internal control,changed the NJ group fund management status,improve the NJ the management level of group's fund,and to solve the u niversal problems of fund management in the industry to provide theoretical guidance.
