| With the vigorous development of the water tourism industry,the demand for the number of cruise ships is also increasing,but the use of traditional diesel cruise ships is easy to cause environmental pollution.As an effective means to solve this contradiction,the all-electric cruise ship adopting new energy is widely favored in the water cruise industry.Because of its high energy ratio,low self-discharge rate,and high energy conversion efficiency,lithium batteries have became the mainstream power source for the new energy cruise industry.However,due to the short lifespan and instability of lithium batteries,the operation and maintenance costs of the entire life cycle of the cruise ship has increased.Therefore,the diagnosis of the health status of lithium battery packs has became a key issue that must be solved for the safe and reliable operation of all-electric ships.Firstly,by analyzing the charging and discharging characteristics of single lithium battery,based on the normal distribution rules of lithium battery parameters,an equivalent model of a series-parallel combination lithium batteries pack is established to verify the effectiveness of the series-parallel combination lithium batteries pack.Secondly,DEKF(Double extended Kalman filter,DEKF)online estimation of lithium batteries pack SOC(State of charge)and SOH(State Of Health),select the discharging voltage U,discharging current I,SOC,SOH and temperature of the lithium batteries pack 5 Parameters,establish the health state model of the lithium batteries pack at work,propose a lithium battery health status diagnosis strategy,and ensure accurate diagnosis of the lithium batteries pack health status.Then,by using DSP(Digital Signal Processing,DSP)to build a data collection system for the health diagnosis platform of lithium batteries pack;based on Alibaba Cloud server,using the Web network technology and MySQL database management software to build a remote monitoring center;4G mobile communication network as the communication way,developing a set of health diagnosis platform for monitoring,communicating and controlling management of all-electrics cruise ship lithium batteries pack.Finally,for verifying the practicality of the design of the lithium batteries pack health diagnosis platform,a full-electrics tour boat operating in Guilin is used for a prototype ship.And a small boat using the same type of lithium batteries pack and equipment is used for a practice platform to simulate an all-electrics cruise ship by using lithium batteries pack in actual sailing conditions.Practicing the lithium batteries pack health diagnostic platform verify the platform’s operational stability and applicability,as well as the completion of the design goals. |
