With the rapid development of the aquatic tourism industry,the demand for sightseeing-ship in inland river scenic spots,lake scenic area and coastal scenic spots is increasing.The problems of water pollution and noise interference caused by traditional sightseeing ships with diesel generators as energy sources is becoming increasingly serious.In recent years,lithium battery packs have been widely used as power energy in vehicles,more and more attention has been also paid to hybrid electric ships with lithium batteries and diesel generators as energy sources.However,the problem of short service life and endurance of lithium battery has become the key technology bottleneck of its popularization and application.Therefore,in this paper,the hybrid ship with lithium battery and diesel generator as energy source is taken as the research object.Aiming at the contradiction between energy distribution,environmental protection and endurance of hybrid ships,the energy management strategy was designed.And a small hybrid ship energy management system based on DSP(Digital Signal Processing,DSP)was developed.The main tasks are as follows:Firstly,Selection of prototype ship and power source.And according to the types of power supply sources and the characteristics of micro-grid structure of small hybrid electric ships,a reasonable power system topology is designed and the operation mode is analyzed.Secondly,in order to manage the ship's energy sources effectively,a coordinated control strategy for the ship's diesel generator and power battery pack under an independent micro-grid is designed.In battery pack mode: the continuous peak power estimation algorithm of multiparameter dynamic constrained battery pack is adopted.The peak power of the battery pack is estimated,and according to the peak power an energy management strategy under the lithium battery power supply mode is designed according to the peak power.In diesel generator mode: The Heuristic Dynamic Programming algorithm based on BP network is used.And combine with the ship navigation state,the optimal working time interval of diesel generator power supply is estimated.The energy management strategy under the power supply mode of diesel generator is designed.And the conditions for switching between the two power supply modes are given.Then,in order to verify the feasibility of the energy management strategy,according to the characteristics of power supply energy source and small hybrid sightseeing ships design requirements.The general planning of energy management system hardware is designed.The communication system,data acquisition system and monitoring system are designed.And the communication system,data acquisition system and monitoring system are designed to realize the information interaction between DSP and battery pack,diesel generator,inertial navigation system and upper computer.Finally,in order to further verify the practicability of the vessel energy management system,the developed hybrid vessel energy management system was applied to a sighting ship operated in Xinjiang.According to the electric system requirements of the prototype ship,the energy management system platform is developed.The ship energy management system was tested in the typical voyages condition,and the applicability of the system in small hybrid ships was verified.
