| With the continuous enhancement of modern scientific and technological power,it is the innovation and progress achieved by high-tech technologies and the continuous improvement of various industries in terms of mechanical automation.At present,the belt conveyor is moving toward multi-function and high-speed speed.Among them,the steel tether belt conveyor has its own unique advantages in dynamic performance,economy and tensile strength,and is able to work in many terrain environments and under the requirements of materials,and is favored by users.Baogang(Group)Company’s belt machine is mostly used in the raw material system and is affiliated with the storage center,ironmaking plant,coking plant and other units.The control mode of belt machine is generally divided into direct start,soft starter start,frequency conversion start and high voltage direct start.There are four belt storage centers in this paper,all of which are pipe belt machines with long transportation distance and synchronous speed adjustment of frequency converter.This article mainly introduces the mechanism and characteristics of the tubular belt machine,the realization of the synchronous operation of the inverter control,the installation requirements and principle of the protective device,and the reform plan of the system stability.The PC2 tubular belt machine is the key equipment of the storage center.It transports limestone stone and limestone powder for the Melz Kiln of the downstream steel mill.This design uses programmable controller to control the synchronous operation of frequency converter to realize the synchronous operation of multiple Motors.In this paper,a dynamic model of belt conveyor is established,and the effects of various start-up schemes on the start-up characteristics of belt conveyor are analyzed.The optimal start acceleration curve of belt conveyor is found.This paper analyzes the problem of optimal and actual distribution of driving power of each motor,and finds out the method of adjusting power balance.This design is equipped with a cable switch,a skew switch,a speed detector,atear switch,a pulley wheel and other protective devices.The protection of the belt machine is relatively complete.In this paper,the PROFIBUS communication protocol is used to achieve the communication between PLC and the inverter.At the same time,make full use of the field bus and the upper computer display screen,the operation status of the belt machine,alarm,failure and other states are displayed on the operating screen,to realize the operator’s real-time remote monitoring of the belt machine.The research results of this paper have been applied in practical production and have achieved good results.The research contents and results of this paper have certain guiding significance for other enterprises and units on the practice of synchronous speed control function of belt machines and improving the stability of control system. |
