| With the rapid development of mobile phones,laptops,AGV,new energy electric vehicles and other industries,the huge demand for lithium-ion batteries in the market has also forced the battery industry to develop rapidly in recent years.However,in the use of lithium-ion batteries,there are overcharge,overheating,over discharge,over current and so on,which leads to the shortening of its service life and even safety problems such as combustion and explosion,which seriously threaten the safety of users’ lives and property.The research on Battery Management System(BMS)becomes the key to solve the above problems,and plays a very important role in improving the life of lithium ion battery and ensuring the safe operation of lithium ion battery.In this paper,the working characteristics of various commonly used batteries are introduced,and the types of lithium-ion batteries are discussed and compared in detail,the connection mode of battery strands and the common SOC estimation methods are discussed,and the requirements of AGV for battery packages are analyzed.Then the function of lithium ion battery management is studied,and the corresponding solutions are worked out for each functional module.The power supply circuit,acquisition circuit,charge and discharge controlcircuit,passive balance circuit,communication circuit and other circuits of the system are demonstrated and designed in detail.Then the software of the system is designed in layers and the sampling accuracy and stability are improved by means of mean filtering in the data acquisition module.This project adopts the passive equalization method to realize the balanced management of the battery pack,and adopts the RS485 serial communication to realize the communication with the host computer,and at the same time to facilitate the reading and debugging of data.Finally,according to the main functions of the battery management system,the test results show that the lithium ion battery management system operates normally in accordance with the set conditions.A battery management system with low cost and high reliability is designed on the premise of ensuring accuracy,which achieves the expected design purpose. |
