With the development of distributed generation in China,the instability of the output power of distributed generation will reduce the power quality of microgrid.Adding an appropriate capacity of energy storage system to microgrid can not only cut peak and fill valley but also improve the reliability of the microgrid power supply.However,most of the energy storage cost is very high,because it is of great significance to study the microgrid economy of the energy storage system.Under this background,based on the structure and model of wind and solar energy storage microgrid,this paper focuses on the operation control strategy,the economic model of capacity allocation,and the algorithm of capacity optimization allocation of the hybrid energy storage system.The main work and achievements are as follows:Firstly,in this paper,the structure of the wind-solar DC microgrid with hybrid energy storage system is studied,the output power characteristics of photovoltaic power generation system and wind power generation system in the system and the charging and discharging characteristics of each energy storage unit are analyzed,and the mathematical model,battery charging and discharging model,supercapacitor charging and discharging model of each unit in the microgrid are established,and the battery and supercapacitor in the charging and discharging process have analyzed The energy and state of charge of the capacitor.Secondly,Given the problem that the battery's service life is reduced due to frequent charging and discharging in the hybrid energy storage system,this paper takes the solar energy storage microgrid system as the research object,based on fully considering the uncontrollable factors such as light intensity,temperature and wind speed,obtains the output curve of net load power,that is,the power output curve of the hybrid energy storage system,and then divides the spectrum of net load power Based on the analysis of frequency spectrum and the control method of frequency hysteresis,the allowable frequency fluctuation range of microgrid is divided into the working area and non-working area of battery,which reduces the number of small current charge and discharge in the non-working area of battery and then extends the power of battery service life.Thirdly,for Artificial Bee In this paper,dynamic parameters are introduced to improve the search efficiency.At the same time,combined with the characteristics of the traditional artificial bee colony algorithm,the multi-search strategy co-evolution search strategy is adopted to balance the local searchability and the global search ability of the algorithm.Four test functions are used in the simulation experiment,and the results show that the improved ABC algorithm proposed in this paper has higher optimization accuracy than the traditional ABC algorithm and GABC algorithm.Fourth,Aiming at the economic problems of the hybrid energy storage system,the economic benefit model of the hybrid energy storage system is established,which is based on the limitation of charge and discharge,the rate of load loss,and the rate of energy loss.The improved ABC algorithm is applied to the capacity optimal allocation of the hybrid energy storage system in the microgrid,and the result of an example shows that the improved ABC algorithm is more economical.Compared with the traditional control mode and the frequency hysteresis control mode,the proposed hybrid energy storage system with frequency hysteresis control is more economical.
