The use and development of new energy is an inevitable requirement for the sustainable development of the current society.Solar LED street lighting plays an important role in the field of urban and rural road lighting.While making full use of solar energy as an energy source,it greatly replaces the use of limited energy and improves social and economic benefits.There are some bottlenecks in the development of the existing street lighting system around the practical and intelligent aspects.Firstly,the current street lighting system adopts the traditional DC/DC topology,which cannot improve the output power level and can not better adapt to the power requirements of the street lighting market.Secondly,when street lamp is charging MPPT under high temperature environment,the controller is heating seriously.At present,the general practice is to add a radiator,but the heat dissipation effect is not good and the input cost increases.Finally,the street lamp realizes the intelligent networking cost is high and the networking effect is poor,and the transmission distance is limited.In view of the above problems,this paper makes a systematic study after referring to a large number of relevant literature,applies the staggered parallel technology to the main circuit structure of street lamp,and proposes an adaptive fuzzy PI double closed-loop mean-flow control strategy,which can automatically identify the number of staggered parallel and ensure its mean-flow effect.By deducing the power loss in the street lamp charging process and analyzing the maximum power point tracking principle,combining the PID algorithm with the MPPT algorithm based on disturbance observation method,a MPPT control strategy with temperature protection is proposed,which can control the temperature drop when the detection temperature exceeds the threshold and ensure the maximum power point charging within the allowable temperature range.Matlab/Simulink simulation software was used to build the simulation model corresponding to these two control strategies.According to the simulation results,the flow sharing strategy designed in this paper has a good flow sharing effect in 2-4 staggered parallel topology,and has a strong ability to adjust adaptive parameters,and good robustness and anti-interference.The new MPPT control strategy can automatically adjust the algorithm in time according to the temperature change,which effectively protects the hardware life of street lamp controller.In addition,considering the cost and scale of wireless networking,LoRa technology is applied to the streetlight networking function,which not only has a simple networking method,but also has a long communication distance,so as to realize real-time data transmission.Based on the above research on street lighting system,a kind of intelligent control system of solar LED street lighting is designed,the hardware circuit design and software program design are elaborated,and on this basis,the physical function test is carried out in combination with the internal and external conditions of the laboratory.According to the experimental data,the system has strong practicability,can better adapt to the impact of high temperature environment,strong expandability,and is convenient for functional upgrading,which is suitable for rural and urban road lighting.
