Research On The Electricity Market-oriented Trading Mode Under The Opening Of Electricity Sales Side

Since the reform and opening up,the rapid development of economy in China has greatly promoted the development of the power industry,which makes the power industry a prosperous phenomenon.However,the integration monopoly mode formed by the planned development of the power grid enterprises can no longer meet the needs of current economic development.In order to make the market play the decisive role in the allocation of resources,several power reforms have taken place in China.At present,remarkable progress has been made in the electricity market reform of retail side has been effective.In the economically developed regions of China,the competition among electricity retaling companies is intense.After the latest electric power reform,the dominant position of power grid enterprises in electricity retailing business has been transformed into a participant in market competition.How to better integrate reform and enhance competitiveness has become an important topic for the development of the power grid enterprises.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to study the reform of electricity marketization transaction mode under the opening of electricity retails side.Firstly,based on the current power trading model in China,the influence on power pricing,market transaction efficiency and the reflection ability of supply and demand of the unilateral mode of unified purchase and the bilateral mode of multiple purchase and multiple sale has been analyzed in this paper.In order to draw on the experience of foreign mature power marke,3 typical foreign power trading markets of the United States,the United Kingdom and northern Europe are selected as the objects to analyze the characteristics of centralized and decentralized power trading modes.The background of the latest electric power reform and the development process of Chinese electricity retail side marketization is reviewed,for the purpose to analyze the influence of local power grid enterprises,forward integrated power generation enterprises,power retaling enterprises established by large industrial park and unknown independent power retaling enterprises on power grid enterprises after the marketization of electricity retails side.Secondly,comparatively analyze the pilot situation of the electricity markets in Guangdong and Zhejiang,and summarize the experience of the pilot situation of the electricity markets in the two places.Combined with the successful experience abroad,the overall assumption of the electricity market transaction model under the liberalization of the electricity sales side has been perfected,and the country's electricity market transaction model has been constructed step by step in the initial development stage,intermediate development stage,and mature development stage of the electricity market.Constructed a basic framework model for electricity market transactions under the electricity sales side,and put forward suggestions for perfecting electricity market transactions under the electricity sales side.Finally,the risks of power market trading after the latest electricity market reformis analyzed.To reduce risks,3 risk countermeasures are proposed,which are establishing big data power trading platform,information management system and blacklist system.
