Research On Parts Supplier Selection And Evaluation Of Automotive Enterprises Based On SVM-KELM-DS Algorithm

In recent years,competition in the domestic automotive industry has become increasingly fierce driven by the rapid economic development.As the front end of the industrial chain,suppliers not only play an important role in the production and operation of the enterprise,but are also partners of the enterprise.The two cooperate with each other on products to jointly promote product innovation and achieve win-win and common development for both parties.The automobile manufacturing industry accounts for a high proportion of GDP,usually reaching about 10%,and has been an important pillar industry for economic development for a long time.China’s automobile manufacturing companies are in industrial upgrading and transformation stage.Innovative and highly technical suppliers play a key role in supporting the transformation and upgrading of automobile manufacturing enterprises,and they are an important boost for the development of enterprises.Domestic research on the evaluation criteria and selection methods of automotive manufacturing company suppliers is rather outdated and does not conform to the actual situation of the industry and market development.Based on this,this article takes the spare parts suppliers of China’s automobile manufacturers as the starting point to research and improve the above problems.First,based on the literature related to supplier selection and evaluation of research,combined with the current research results to industry characteristics and experts,designed a preliminary evaluation index system.Then,using questionnaires to obtain a preliminary evaluation of the personnel industry index system,and SPSS software after finishing the questionnaire results are reliability test,factor analysis,correlation analysis,preliminary analysis and screening indicators,and build an evaluation index system for auto parts supplier suppliers from five aspects: quality level,procurement cost,transportation and response,service and research and development,enterprise status,in addition,analyzed and quantified each evaluation index.Thirdly,after comparing the sample data with the constructed algorithm,the algorithm composed of the support vector machine,the nuclear limit learning machine and the DS evidence theory is determined as the evaluation model.Finally,in order to purchase an own-brand car manufacturer ignition device as a case,the use of SVM-KELM-DS models are analyzed.To sum up,this paper analyzes the problems to establish evaluation index system,and then choose to build applications and evaluation model,the formation of a moresystematic and complete approach.The analysis and verification of the examples confirm the scientificity and practicality of the model,it has certain reference function for automotive manufacturers to select suppliers.In this paper,there are 29 pictures,32 tables,and 82 references.
