Scrapedozer are earthmoving machinery with buckets(shovels)as working parts.The working mode is cycle operation.It is mainly used for the large-scale earthmoving process in the middle distance.It can comprehensively complete the four processes of shovel,loading,transporting and unloading.It can control the thickness of filling and unloading and perform leveling operations.The soil is locally rolled,so it has higher production efficiency and economy than other shipping earthmoving technologies.This article takes a domestic T12 multifunctional scrapedozer as the research object,analyzes and calculates the shovel resistance during its operation,and establishes a mathematical model of the power transmission system based on the analysis and calculation results,and performs power system matching calculation;design the visual interface of Matlab was presented,and the results of dynamic matching were analyzed;the virtual prototype model of the scrapedozer was built and the dynamic simulation of different working conditions was performed;the performance of the scrapedozer during digging was researched based on the DEMMBD joint simulation.Firstly,the mechanism components of the multifunctional scrapedozer studied in this paper are introduced.At the same time,the development history of active scrapers at home and abroad is introduced in detail;the application and development of virtual prototype technology,discrete element method and their joint simulation technology in recent years are analyzed.Based on the theory of ground mechanics,the interaction forces between the bucket and the shovel on the soil under typical working conditions are analyzed,including the cutting resistance of the soil,the frictional resistance between the blade and the soil,and the loading resistance.Earth resistance,mound resistance in front of the bucket,and running resistance to calculate the total resistance of the scrapedozer during digging.According to the power flow direction and working requirements of the scrapedozer,the power system was matched and calculated,and a mathematical model was established.The visual interface of Matlab was designed,and the relationship between different matches was discussed.Finally,the speed at the maximum soil efficiency was given.The dynamic prototype software Recurdyn was used to establish a virtual prototype model of the scrapedozer,and then three conditions of no-load straight running,no-load turning and no-load climbing were simulated,and their torque,speed,and cab acceleration were analyzed respectively;Based on the study of the DEM-MBD joint simulation,the results of the joint simulation of the straight digging of the scrapedozer were analyzed,and the speed and torque during digging and the speed and force of the soil particles during digging were discussed.The results of the research on the scrapedozer in this paper are of reference significance.The research method based on DEM-MBD joint simulation can be applied to the study of similar problems.
