Due to the inability to conduct sufficient road tests,and the time and cost required for road tests cannot be afforded,the industry consensus is that digital twin test systems based on a combination of virtual simulation tests and real road tests are needed to test and evaluate autonomous driving systems.The digital twin test simulates the road test environment through technologies such as sensor simulation,vehicle dynamics simulation,advanced graphics processing,traffic flow simulation,digital simulation,and road modeling,and adds algorithms to build a relatively real driving scene,and communicate with the real site through communication technology.The tested vehicles realize interaction and complete the road test of autonomous vehicles.Digital twin testing can provide a virtual environment and real vehicle dynamics to help autonomous driving developers avoid risks,save time,save manpower and resources,and improve development efficiency.Integrate functional units such as simulation test tools,V2 X communication equipment,and real test vehicles to carry out digital twin automatic driving tests based on virtual simulation + real environment.The automatic driving digital twin test system operates the digital twin test scene controller through a remote operation monitoring center,generates scene data based on the virtual scene simulation software,constructs a simulation scene mapped to the real environment,and uses V2 X communication equipment to send real-time simulation to the real test vehicle.Scene environment data,and real-time vehicle status data is fed back to the scene controller in real time,so that autonomous vehicles can test different scenarios on real roads.The digital twin test of data uplink and downlink makes the test result more accurate;its virtual scene can use the traffic scene during the simulation,or it can determine the test scene based on some traffic accidents of the company.The scene switching process is much larger than the actual car test Simplified;in the active safetyrelated test,its virtual scene can avoid accidents and save unnecessary equipment loss;its repeatability is very high,and it can significantly reduce the test after a large number of repeated real vehicle in-loop tests The functional defects of the system reduce the workload of the original real vehicle field test and road test,which improves the test efficiency and reduces the test cost.Through continuous virtual simulation tests,combined with the calculation results of some hardware systems,the tests were performed,and the expected results of the enterprise were achieved.This project builded a digital twin automatic driving test evaluation method combining automatic driving simulation test and actual road test,research the key technology of digital twin automatic driving test,deploy a digital twin automatic driving test platform and test evaluation based on virtual simulation + real environment typical application.This project also integrated functional units such as simulation test tools,actual road information,and real test vehicles.It studies the generation of virtual simulation scenarios based on the digital twin autonomous driving test,establishes a digital twin virtual scenario library,and test and evaluation methods for real vehicle verification,Test Specification.
