As an important power transmission equipment, the gearbox itself has the advantages of high transmission efficiency, small transmission error, and strong load capacity. At present,it is closely related to aerospace, machinery manufacturing industry, agricultural production, transportation, and daily household appliances, and is widely used in many fields. At the same time, with the advancement of science and technology and the continuous improvement of production levels, gearboxes are also developing toward higher speeds, complex conditions, and heavy loads. This puts higher requirements on the design and development of gearboxes. In the actual production process, the gear box is often subjected to wear-early tooth root cracks-tooth root crack propagation-gear tooth fracture failure process due to complicated working conditions and frequent impact loads.Seriously affect the stable operation and production safety of the gearbox, then when the gear has an early root crack, how does its mechanical characteristics change, how to effectively monitor the change of the gearbox vibration response when the gear root crack fault exists, and become a gearbox The main direction of fault diagnosis research. This article mainly adopts numerical modeling analysis, finite element modal analysis, dynamics theory analysis, experimental analysis and other means, and takes the parallel shaft gearbox system in the gearbox dynamics model test bench provided by American Spectra Quest as the research object The time-varying meshing stiffness simulation of gears with root cracks, modal analysis of gearbox systems,rigid-flexible coupling dynamic analysis of gearbox with root cracks, the analysis of the effect of root cracks on box vibration and the characteristic values??of vibration signals The extraction and analysis of the system are analyzed and verified by simulation and experimental analysis of the dynamic characteristics and fault characteristics of the gearbox. This article does the following work:(1)Analysis and simulation of gear time-varying meshing stiffness.According to the simplified uneven cantilever beam established by material mechanics,MATLAB numericalanalysis software is used to analyze the gear stiffness of the gear during the gear meshing process with the rotation angle.Graph.(2)The establishment of a parallel axis gearbox model.SolidWorks 3D modeling software was used to build a 3D solid model of each gearbox component, and the assembly was checked for interference.(3)Finite element analysis of parallel shaft gearbox.Through the ANSYS finite element analysis software, the modal analysis of the box body and the transmission system was carried out,and the sensitive area of ??the box body response after the gearbox operation was analyzed.(4)Establishment of rigid-flexible coupling model.Aiming at the influence of the gear tooth root cracks on the dynamics of the gear box system, the ANSYS software was used to generate flexible bodies for the gears and gear boxes with tooth root cracks. The dynamic response to the gearbox system.(5)Response test of the box with cracks of tooth root. With the aid of the gearbox dynamics model test bed in the laboratory,a parallel axis gearbox experiment with different degrees of root cracking faults was designed, and vibration signal acquisition and analysis were carried out.The law of crack failure development process.
