As the infrastructure to ensure the stable operation of the power grid system,if there is a problem or failure,it may lead to a large area of power outage,and then bring inconvenience to people's work and life.If the power outage is long-term,it is easy to cause heavy losses.As a new type of intelligent power transformer formed with the rapid development of science and technology,the power electronic transformer(PET)has made up the shortcomings of the traditional transformer well,and now it is favored by the insiders with a series of advantages such as stable control,no pollution to the environment,small loss,etc.,which is helpful to promote the modern new power system to deal with its operation process efficiently and properly All kinds of problems.At present,the existing PD monitoring system of transformer is mainly facing the problem of low monitoring accuracy,so it is urgent to develop a set of on-line PD monitoring system with stable performance,high monitoring accuracy and good economy.In this paper,the factors related to partial discharge in the transformer are described,the best applicable range of relevant test methods(such as ultrasonic monitoring and UHF monitoring)is analyzed and discussed,and their advantages and disadvantages are compared.Combined with UHF sensor and other advanced and reliable discharge signal collection devices,a set of on-line monitoring system for partial discharge of transformer based on electric sound is developed by using a software platform with reliable performance,convenient operation and perfect functions.This system has perfect functions.It not only introduces HFCT high-frequency current monitoring function,but also supports UHF ultra-high frequency monitoring.In addition,it can carry out AE ultrasonic monitoring and other advantages,which can effectively solve the problem that a single system is difficult to comprehensively and efficiently monitor the internal partial discharge of the transformer.In addition,it can greatly improve the measurement accuracy,improve the positioning accuracy,and Resist the adverse effects of external factors.In terms of software,the adoption of integrated plate planning mode is not only helpful to greatly improve the efficiency of monitoring system data analysis,but also to enhance the stability of the system.Under the guidance of the new theory,the system tries to optimize theembedded installation reasonably,in order to reduce the adverse effects of the system on the electromagnetic balance of the transformer,and to enhance the stability of the system while promoting its sensitivity.The data analysis results of the on-line operation of three main transformers under 110 / 10 KV voltage show that the on-line monitoring system of electro acoustic fusion has excellent performance and perfect function,and has outstanding advantages in monitoring and researching partial discharge monitoring of transformers.All its functions meet the planning requirements,and can provide reliable data support for the form maintenance of transformers.The operation conditions of the combined transformer and the signal characteristics of partial discharge are carefully explored for the hardware and software planning and attribute parameters of the monitoring system of the electric-acoustic combined transformer,and the core technical problems in the hardware and software planning of the system are dealt with.
