In recent years,with the deterioration of the ecological environment,which has caused major disasters to many people in many countries,people have paid more and more attention to the protection of the environment.There are many measures to protect the environment.The use of clean fuel is undoubtedly A very good measure.There are 7 billion people in the world,so the number of cars in the world is also very large.And we all know that traditional cars,driven by fuel,emit gases containing various toxic substances,and car exhaust is also haze.The main culprit,if these cars can all be changed to electric drives,then the environmental benefits are huge.Due to the huge demand and huge government subsidies,new energy vehicles are currently in the gulf stage.New energy vehicles of various brands are in great competition and flourish.But who can lead the competition in the future will still have to rely on strong strength.As a small-sized,light-weight,high-power-density motor,permanent magnet synchronous motors have also been applied to many brands of cars.However,permanent magnet synchronous motors are non-linear and strongly coupled,so the control of them is still comparative.difficult.Although the traditional PI vector control is easy and immediate,and the parameter adjustment is convenient,its disadvantages are also obvious.Because it is difficult to control nonlinear systems,it is applied to permanent magnet synchronous motors.The system has low dynamic performance and large current.harmonic.However,the current predictive control can provide sufficient dynamic response performance for the permanent magnet synchronous motor,and the current harmonics are also small.However,the point that the current predictive control cannot be ignored is that it depends heavily on the parameters of the control object.Parameters will change during operation,then the current predictive control effect will be greatly reduced,so this paper proposes to use a non-singular fast terminal sliding mode observer to observe the parameter changes of the permanent magnet synchronous motor during operation,and then perturb these parameters Converted into voltage compensation to the control system.Then simulation verification proves that the proposed observer does make the effect of current predictive control better.Finally,the current predictive control algorithm combined with the control algorithm of the non-singular fast sliding mode terminal observer is applied to the experimental platform of DSP28335 MCU.Finally,the experimental results also prove its control effect.
