| Climate change and urbanization have exacerbated the occurrence of floods in various regions.Floods have not only caused immeasurable losses to the economy and the environment,but also seriously threatened people’s lives and social development.As an impermeable surface,roads are not only an important infrastructure of the city,but also a key element in promoting the economic development.But roads are vulnerable to floods,and damaged road sections have a huge impact on cities.Related research on floods rarely takes the road information of urban agglomerations into consideration.In order to solve the problem of lacking regional road information in the current flood risk assessment research,our study proposes a road risk zoning method,and this method considers road environmental information and flood information.At the same time,our research provide a water-level prediction methods for complex hydrological environments that are targeted at disaster-prone areas,improve the accuracy of flood warning,enrich flood detection and sensing services.Based on the road risk zoning and water-level prediction methods,we design and develop of Road Flood Risk Assessment and Early Warning Service System.The main contents and results of this article are as follows:1.This paper proposes a road risk zoning model of flood risk characteristics in road environment.The method considered the flood situation and road conditions comprehensively.The main contributions of this study are to construct the flood risk zoning model(FRZM)for flood assessment;obtain urban flood risk zoning maps,and analyze the spatial characteristics of flood risk with different scales and different flood risk grades.2.This paper proposes a water level prediction method based on adaptive genetic algorithm coupled neural network.This method is mainly used to monitor the nearby water level before a flood occurs.Compared with other prediction methods,this method has excellent applicability and can provide better flood prediction results in flood-prone areas.3.We have constructed a risk assessment and early warning service system for risk monitoring personnel to provide relevant personnel with timely emergency response and intelligent decision-making in road disaster scenarios.4.In this study,the Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration was selected as the experimental area,and the floods that occurred in June 1997 were used as test cases.The results show that the flood zoning model can better divide the susceptible area of the study area,and the prediction accuracy is higher than the current prediction models,and it can complete the flood analysis and analysis tasks in the experimental area. |
