With the development of infrastructure in China,the number of bridges in China has increased significantly.Facing all kinds of complex construction environment,rotation construction is widely used because of its unique advantages.However,compared with ordinary bridge construction,its technical requirements are higher and its structure is more complex.In order to ensure the smooth progress of rotation construction and meet the requirements of quality and safety,it is necessary to give correct guidance to the rotation construction of bridge.At the same time,in the construction process,the strains and stresses of the bridge are timely monitored by the finite element analysis and construction monitoring.In this paper,based on the background of Shouxian New Bridge project in Huainan City,a BIM model with complete engineering information is established for the rotation construction process of the special-shaped steel box arch of the bridge.The application points of BIM in practical engineering are studied,such as the establishment of 3D information model of arch ring,optimization and maintenance of site layout,3D technical disclosure,construction schedule management,etc.Through the establishment of the information model,it is convenient for the acquisition and statistics of the later engineering quantity information,and provides an efficient and accurate method for the acquisition of the calculation data after the adjustment of the construction scheme.Firstly,the interaction logic between the modeling software Rhino and the finite element analysis software MIDAS is studied,and a fast and convenient method to build the high-precision analysis model is found.While ensuring the accuracy of the analysis model,the modeling time of the analysis model of the special-shaped steel box arch is greatly reduced.Through the research of this direction,it provides a convenient and feasible technical route for the model interaction of the actual project.Secondly,through the MIDAS Civil,each working condition of the vertical rotation construction of the arch ring is analyzed and calculated,including the rotation construction of the side arch,the vertical lifting construction of the middle arch and the working condition analysis of the arch ring under the dead weight and wind load after the whole arch is closed.Through calculation and analysis,it is determined that the strains and stresses of each construction stage meet the requirements,which provides a certain theoretical basis for the determination of the construction scheme.Finally,the monitoring instruments such as Total Station are used to monitor the construction stages of the arch ring,including the alignment of the assembly of the arch ring,the alignment of the bridge formed by the arch ring and the stress monitoring of each construction stage.Through the analysis of the measured value and the theoretical value,the guidance is provided for the construction control of the rotation construction of the arch ring.
