With the continuous expansion of power grid,the safe and stable operation of power grid is becoming more and more complicated,and has become a common concern of the power industry and the whole society.Many times at home and abroad in recent years,large area blackout accident in this context,building with modern information technology,computer technology,security and stability analysis and control technology based system of power grid security defense and risk pre-control and large power grid operation and control to provide technical support is very necessary,the electric power engineering,academia at home and abroad has also agree on the above issues.Under the current conditions,it is of great significance to carry out the construction of Taizhou power grid real-time risk pre-control and auxiliary decision-making system.Power system state estimation is an important part of energy management system(EMS).The result of power system state estimation directly affects the intelligent analysis and decision of power network dispatching.By summarizing the problems existing in the application of parameter identification function in the existing regional dispatching system and summarizing the actual req-uirements of the operation and maintenance personnel for the steady-state parameter identification,the parameter identification and estimation calculation of the steady-state power grid model are studied.Aiming at the characteristics of taizhou power grid,the parameter identification technology was developed,and the steady-state model identification and estimation technology suitable for Taizhou regional dispatching system was developed.Study and put forward based on Lagrange multiplier PQ decomposition method of parameter identification technology,and by extending the state estimation and the residual method of combining the sensitivity parameters estimation method,improve the state estimation in engineering calculation of robustness,reduced the error measu-rement of the accuracy of the parameter identification of influence degree,for the parameter identification and estimation technology in the application of the actual power grid provides the technical support.Through the study of key technologies and a series of technical improvements,the application of parameter identification in the actual power grid is improved,the accuracy of identification is improved,and the influenceof wrong data on the result of parameter identification is reduced.Relevant software has been developed and applied in Taizhou intelligent scheduling technical support system.
