LED light source is a kind of green new energy which uses its own electrical properties to produce bright.It is widely used in street lighting,indoor lighting,tunnel lighting,traffic lighting and plant lighting because of its long service life,small size,high luminous efficiency and different light colors.Along with the improvement of people's living standard,the automobile industry has been developed rapidly,and the LED light source has been widely used in the automobile lighting industry,and has great potential for development.With regard to the LED lights on the market at present,the LED driving power sources involved in them have the problems of low application efficiency,high project cost and difficult to pass the test grade of automobile EMC.To solve the above problems,this dissertation selects ALT80800 and A6271-1 these two relatively high cost-effective power drive chips,and on the basis of them,designs a special LED lamp drive scheme,carries on the application test and the related EMC inspection to the proofing product,analyzes and corrects the EMC experimental results,summarizes the characteristics and rectification methods of the LED lamp.Its key elements are as follows:Firstly,a review of the history of LED lights is summarized and the current research situation at home and abroad is analyzed;the driving according to the basic characteristics of the LED and the working state is classified,and the structure and characteristics of different driving modes are expounded;the EMC experiments of the vehicle gauge level are explained,and the relevant experimental test items and their characteristics are introduced.Secondly,a LED high brake lamp with efficiency of more than 85% in the input range of 9-16 V is designed by using ALT80800 and the designed driving scheme according to the specific project requirements is drew.The scheme has high reliability and practicability is showed by the test results.Thirdly,a LED day line and position lamp compound application in 9-16 V input range is designed by using A6271-1 to solve the problem of high cost of LED lamp driving scheme.Two different functional applications are realized by simulating dimming and PWM dimming,the voltage value of the chip control pin is set by resistor to adjust the strong and weak light application.The adjustment effect of strong and weak light and can meet the demand of two kinds of lights at the same time,which has high reference value in the design of car lights can be realize by sample test analysis this product.Finally,the special filter circuit is designed for the LED lamp drive and applied to the above design scheme.The analysis and summary for the conduction and radiation test in the EMC experiment are carried out.The correctness of the theoretical analysis and the reliability of the scheme are verified by the sample test.
