The Research On Investment And Financing Of SW Group Water Supply Project

The construction of urban and rural water supply project has always been the main content of people’s livelihood project construction in our country,in order to improve production and living conditions of urban and rural residents in our country,improve the ability of water supply,ensure the security of urban and rural residents in the area of water,since the founding of new China,the party and the government attaches great importance to,constantly increasing in urban and rural water supply and accelerate the speed,to promote the country’s urbanization process as a whole.However,as a huge and complex engineering project,water supply project has many problems,such as large investment,long return period and high risk rate.Therefore,this study will take the investment and financing of the water supply project of SW group as the research object,analyze the existing problems and propose solutions.By optimizing the investment and financing of SW group’s water supply projects,this paper provides a reference for the investment and financing development of other water supply enterprises,so as to provide an organizational guarantee for the improvement of urban and rural water supply projects in China and the security of water use of urban and rural residents in the region.SW group is a wholly state-owned enterprise focusing on investment and financing of water conservancy investment and construction.Its main responsibility is to provide infrastructure construction and operation of water supply projects for local cities and rural areas.At present,SW group is facing two strategic transformation: first,resource-based transformation to professional transformation;Second,the single profit model of water sales is transformed to the comprehensive investment and operation service model of the whole industry chain of water utilities,so as to form a good resource complementarity and sustainable development,and improve the level of market-oriented operation.In order to realize the strategic transformation of SW group,this study starts from the optimization of investment and financing of water supply projects and optimizes the investment and financing mode of SW group under the guidance of SWOT analysis theory.The basic structure of this paper is as follows: the first chapter is the introduction,which mainly describes the background of the topic selection,research issues and research significance of this research,and determines the research ideas,research contents and research methods of this research based on the research topic.The secondchapter summarizes the concepts,models,previous research achievements and relevant theories of enterprise investment and financing.The third chapter analyzes the investment and financing status of SW group’s water supply project,including the analysis of investment and financing operation mode,investment and financing decision-making mechanism,project operation status,project development and future overall planning.The fourth chapter analyzes the external industrial environment of SW group’s water supply project investment and financing,mainly including the current situation and development trend of the water supply industry and the experience of leading enterprises in the industry.Chapter five summarizes and analyzes the problems in investment mode,financing mode and risk control mode of SW group water supply project.Chapter six USES SWOT analysis theory to put forward optimization measures from investment mode,financing mode,risk control mode and safeguard measures.Chapter seven summarizes the conclusions and shortcomings of this research and further puts forward the prospect of future research.
