At present,precast concrete sandwich wall is widely used,and with the gradual rise of prefabricated buildings,the application of sandwich wall is gradually increasing.However,the research on thick insulation layer sandwich wall used in ultra-low-energy passive houses is even less,in order to study the sandwich wall,it is necessary to start with the sandwich wall connector.The connectors used for sandwich wall in China now are all foreign brands and the research basis is related to foreign standards.In addition,there is a lack of experimental research on the mechanical performance of the sandwich insulation wall with large insulation thickness now,therefore,it is necessary to digest and absorb the connector products based on the actual application situation in China,and carry out some experimental research,so as to provide a reliable basis for the actual engineering application.This paper mainly studies the metal connector of precast concrete sandwich wall for ultra-low energy consumption passive building,that is,the performance of sandwich wall under thick insulation layer(200mm-250mm).The tensile properties,shear properties,tensile shear properties and deformation properties were studied;At the same time,the tensile strength,shear strength and tensile shear strength of the metal connector are calculated through relevant theoretical calculation,and the correct calculation method is established;The reliability of numerical simulation is verified and a correct experimental simulation method is established.According to the test,theoretical calculation and simulation results,the safety factor of the connectors are calculated.Firstly,the test bearing capacity of the connectors are evaluated according to the partial coefficient of bearing capacity abroad.Then,based on the safety coefficient method,the basic requirements of safety coefficient are put forward with reference to the relevant codes,and the test bearing capacity is evaluated according to this.The design method of the connectors are summarized,and some suggestions are provided for the application of the connectors.Through the test results,it can be concluded that the safety coefficient of tensile and tensile shear bearing capacity of the connectors meet the requirements of safety coefficient at home and abroad;The safety factor of shear bearing capacity can not meet the requirement of safety factor at home and abroad.When the connetors reach the design bearing capacity in the test,the deformation amount is less than 2.54 mm of the plastic joint deformation capacity,which does not affect the joint performance.The mechanical performance and deformation capacity of the connetors are determined by the test,which can provide reliable basis for practical engineering application.
