| The electric treatment method has the advantages of simple and flexible construction,high safety,no pollution to the environment,greatly reducing the treatment time of soil mass and so on.With the development of the times,electric processing technology is more and more applied to engineering practice,how to effectively p lay the role of this method in engineering is the problem we should focus on today.In this paper,the research status and mechanism of electric treatment technology are summarized,and the frost damage of Binsui line foundation is investigated on the spot,and its mechanism is studied.Finally,it is decided to use electric treatment technology to study it.In order to find an effective electric treatment method to deal with the frost heave of subgrade,the undisturbed soil used in the indoor test in this paper is all soil samples collected from the test site of Binsui railway maintenance section.A set of self-made test equipment was used to test the undisturbed soil.Two layers of silty clay were tested by electroosmosis method.After the test,the results were analyzed from many aspects.It was found that the current value decreased with the increase of electrifying time,which was due to the increase of drainage,resulting in the poor conductivity of soil and the decrease of current value.The energy consumption was related to the electrifying current,voltage and electrifying time.In general,in the case of drainage,the current value decreased with the increase of electrifying time The energy consumption in the linear stage is directly proportional to the displacement.The larger the energy consumption is,the higher the displacement is.After the linear stage,the energy consumption increases significantly,but the displacement increases slowly.After the test,the bearing capacity and shear strength of the soil are significantly improved.For the middle slag soil layer,the methods of pouring calcium chloride and water glass slurry and modified polyurethane slurry are adopted,which can prevent the water source of the soil and minimize the occurrence of Subgrade Frost damage;it can isolate the upward migration of groundwater and greatly reduce the pores of the upper silty clay,making the soil more dense.These measures can prevent the formation of silt The frost heave of clay has a significant effect.Four different groups of electrochemical grouting tests were carried out on the upper silty clay.It was found that this method can effectively improve the problems of low cathode bearing capacity,low shear strength and uneven treatment effect.Because the chemical slurry is poured into the soil,more cementitious substances are generated.These cementitious substances are filled in the pores of the soil,which have a significant effect on reducing the pores in the soil and improving the strength of the soil.The strength of the soil is greatly improved.At the same time,the chemical slurry can make the physical and chemical properties of the soil different from before,and the durability of the soil is significantly enhanced.According to the test results,the best grouting method is determined,and the indoor simulation test is carried out by using this grouting method and comparing the two electrode forms.It is found that the waterproof performance and durability of the soil are enhanced after the test,which has certain guiding significance for the field test. |
