With the continuous development of modern social science and technology,in order to meet the higher production and living needs of human beings,more and more heavy industry technologies are being used.At the same time,it also brings a series of problems,such as energy problems,pollution problems and so on.In order to realize the sustainable development of human society and leave green water and green mountains for future generations,more and more countries begin to pay attention to the problem of energy and pollution.The purpose of this project is to study a new type of end form of high efficiency energy-saving heat pump air conditioning system based on metal capillary network.In this paper,based on Simcenter Amesim software,a new type of terminal form based on metal capillary network,R410 A refrigerant and outdoor side combined solar energy air heater were established.On the basis of the system,a building in shenyang area was investigated,and the operation of the heat pump air conditioner in winter was simulated according to the system built by the simulation platform.The frosting condition of shenyang winter heat pump air conditioner is studied and discussed.The solar air heater is designed as the auxiliary heat source of heat pump system in winter.The two modes of heat storage in pebble bed and phase change material were compared.The design result and operation effect of the system are analyzed.According to the design and calculation,the simulation results of Simcenter Amesim show that the inlet temperature of the evaporator tends to rise when the outdoor solar air heating part adopts pebble heat storage.The initial temperature is-20?,and it can rise to-6.3? with the increase of solar radiation heat at sunrise.The relative humidity of evaporator inlet decreased from 55% to 22%.In the system using phase change material for heat storage,the inlet temperature of the evaporator rose from-20 ? to-11.6 ?,and the steady temperature output was maintained for 6 hours.The relative humidity at the evaporator inlet was reduced from 55% to 28%,and the output was stable for 6 hours.The lower effective humidity at the evaporator inlet is beneficial to reduce the frosting condition of the unit and reduce the defrosting power consumption.The COP value of the original system can reach2.7.The change curve of COP value of heat pump metal capillary network radiant air conditioning system changes with the radiation of sunrise and sunset.Using the solar air heating system with cobblestone storage,the system can continue to rise to the maximum of3.0,with the sunset down to 2.7.The system using phase change materials also maintained an upward trend at the beginning,after COP reached 2.9,it remained stable for about 6 hours,then began to decline under the influence of sunset,and finally decreased to a stable state,which remained at 2.7.In this paper,the solar air heater and air source heat pump system are used to preheat the outdoor air,effectively improve the operating efficiency of the system,alleviate the frosting of the evaporator,and improve the cycle conditions.On the basis of system optimization,using phase change materials,compared with pebble heat storage,the effect of phase change materials is more stable,the duration of heat release is longer,less affected by outdoor environment temperature,and the heating effect is better.
