With the development of economy and the destruction of ecological environment,the pollution of water source is becoming more and more serious.At the same time,people's living standards are constantly improving,and their requirements for water quality are becoming higher and higher.At present,a surface water plant in Pan Jin adopts chlorine dioxide technology,chlorine dioxide generator equipment has been used for a long time,the conversion rate is reduced,the failure rate is increased,the cost of dosing is greatly increased,and hydrochloric acid is used as raw material at the same time,which is more dangerous.At present,sodium hypochlorite technology is an ideal alternative to chlorine dioxide technology.The main raw material of sodium hypochlorite agent is Nacl,which is easy to purchase and transport for safety control.Sodium hypochlorite disinfectant is a low-concentration liquid disinfectant,which has no harm of dangerous chemicals,and can be washed with water in contact with human skin.Therefore,sodium hypochlorite disinfection process is more safe than chlorine dioxide disinfection process.This paper is aimed at the characteristics of low temperature,low turbidity and high Cyclops water in a surface water plant in Pan Jin,especially in winter when the number of Cyclops increased significantly.The main task of this paper is to carry out sodium hypochlorite reagent injection test,observe the treatment effect of sodium hypochlorite,determine the injection amount of sodium hypochlorite,estimate the operation cost of sodium hypochlorite process,and determine whether sodium hypochlorite can replace chlorine dioxide process.In this paper,a comparison was made between sodium hypochlorite(Nacl O)and chlorine dioxide(ClO2)on the oxidation and inactivation of daphnia sinensis by beaker test.In this experiment,sodium hypochlorite solution and chlorine dioxide solution containing the same amount of effective chlorine were added to the beaker solution containing approximately the same amount of daphnia sinensis.The results showed that the dosage of chlorine dioxide could inactivate Cyclops within a certain time from 1m L to 10 m L,but with the decrease of dosage,the inactivation time of chlorine dioxide was significantly longer than that of sodium hypochlorite.Therefore,sodium hypochlorite agents on the sword Cyclops inactivation effect is better.Secondly according to the beaker test results,this paper selects the concentration of 10% sodium hypochlorite potions,simulate the surface water oxidation,coagulation,sedimentation,filtration of water purification process for Chinese test,according to a certain processing flow after 38.4 m/d after treatment effect,and the quantity of effluent meet the water residual chlorine acuity 0.3 mg/L,selecting the best sodium hypochlorite quantity was 0.0342 L/h,the corresponding available chlorine dosing quantity is 2.14 mg/L,after filtration effluent residual chlorine 0.3 mg/L.Article again through pilot test of sodium hypochlorite agent of final quantity was the most direct and practical production test,the test according to the surface water in the daily capacity(55000 t/d production load),the guarantee network folded plate keep in 1 mg/L residual chlorine water,the water keep around 0.5 mg/L residual chlorine,residual chlorine content in network peripheral acuity 0.05 mg/L,the final use of sodium hypochlorite agent adding quantity of 60 L/h,for active chlorine dosing amount at 2.6 mg/L,as the best quantity.According to the actual production,the cost of adding water agent is compared with the cost of equipment operation.The results showed that the water injection cost of the two kinds of agents was basically the same,which was 0.034 yuan/ton,but the sodium hypochlorite injection process was much lower than the chlorine dioxide injection process in the equipment operation cost.According to the calculation of the sodium hypochlorite generator designed in chapter 4,when the effective chlorine concentration is 2.6mg/L,the cost per ton of water is 0.012 yuan.According to the results of beaker test,pilot test and actual production test,the chlorine dioxide reagent with safety hidden danger can be replaced by sodium hypochlorite reagent with convenient operation and good effect.By combining the experimental results with the economic benefits and long-term development requirements of the enterprise,a set of complete dosing rooms including PAC dosing room,PAM dosing room(reserved),NaClO dosing room,Nao H dosing room(reserved),powder activated carbon dosing room(reserved),KMnO4 dosing room(reserved)were designed.
