The products produced by the construction industry are various types of buildings,with the characteristics of large product volume,long production duration,and many resources needed such as manpower and material resources.With the development of human society and science and technology,the construction of the project increases the complexity and difficulty gradually,since their increased scale and complex functions.Construction organization design is a kind of documents which plan and guide the whole process of construction project construction.Optimizing this process,is conducive to designing high-quality,low-cost,short-term,and safe construction schemes,to ensure the effective development and smooth completion of the construction projects.With the development of computer technology,especially the advantage of artificial intelligence,various intelligence optimization methods are implemented for optimizing the process of construction organizations,to provide effective solutions with their sufficient searching abilities.In this thesis,we focus on the study on a construction project proposed by an institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences,named as DH construction project.We improve its construction process through several approaches,such as network planning technology and particle swarm optimization algorithm.Based on the introductions on the theoretical principles,we first use the double code network plan to analyze the process of DH construction project,to express the logic relationships between its working procedures and obtain the theoretical minimum duration through the technologies such as processing time lapse and parameter calculation.Secondly,we analyze the resource constraints and the comprehensive objectives in the process to consider the problem as a multi-objective optimization one,with the goals of minimum project duration,minimum cost,and resource balance.Moreover,we propose a mathematical model to express the problem more exactly.Then we design a particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm to solve the problem.We give the encoding of particles based on the problem characteristics to ensure that a feasible solution can be described,and overload the operators in its classical framework of PSO to make it suitable for the problem studied in this thesis.The whole procedures of PSO are completed with the population initialization,termination rule,as well as parameters setting.The Pareto optimal solutions are obtained after the execution of PSO,and after the evaluation,we conclude three effective plans for managers' reference.Finally,a series of safeguard measures are designed to ensure the smooth implementation of the construction organization.Summing up,this work can effectively optimize the process of DH construction project,and provide several supports for managers' decision-making on one hand.On the other hand,the research route and technical approaches of this article are also applicable to other projects,which can provide several references for the similar research in the future.
