| The application of digital technology has created a new situation for modern industry.Digitalization of design process is the development trend of modern design technology.In modern product design,there are higher requirements for the efficiency,reliability and economy of heat exchanger parts design.By using CAE digital simulation technology,we can improve product quality,performance and reliability,shorten product development cycle and save cost.Therefore,the application of CAD/CAE digital design and manufacturing technology in the development of heat exchanger products is becoming more and more popular,which provides the possibility for the rapid,efficient and green design of products.In this paper,firstly,the CAD model of shell and tube heat exchanger of the central air conditioning refrigeration unit is established and the structural finite element stress analysis is carried out.Secondly,three kinds of water chamber structures are designed according to different manufacturing processes.The strength calculation,simulation analysis and scheme optimization are carried out for their structures respectively.Finally,the green manufacturing of the new water chamber based on the patternless rapid manufacturing technology of numerical control forming is discussed.The main contents are as follows:1.According to the relevant industry standards and professional design modules of heat exchanger,based on the SolidWorks 3D design software package,the CAD modeling of the shell and tube heat exchanger structural parts of the refrigeration unit for central air conditioning is carried out,and the stress analysis is simulated by the finite element method.According to the analysis results of the deformation and stress distribution of the parts,the detailed design of the parts structure is carried out,and then the relevant design parameters are modified and optimized to complete the serialized and standardized design of the products.This kind of CAD/CAE integrated product development process can improve the quality,performance and reliability of products,shorten the time of product design and prototype test,and save the cost of product development.2.Based on solidThinking Inspire industrial design software has carried on the topology optimization analysis of the new cast iron water chamber structure model,and has carried on the corresponding shape and size optimization design and the simulation analysis,has realized the lightweight design of the shell and tube heat exchanger water chamber parts structure,this beneficial exploration has provided the reference for the similar heat exchanger parts structure optimization design and the seriation design.Through reasonable selection of structural parameters,structural optimization can be carried out,which can not only improve the mechanical properties and reliability of parts,but also make more reasonable use of materials,save costs and realize green design.3.Based on the patternless rapid manufacturing technology of NC forming,the sand mold is manufactured to realize casting of the new cast iron water chamber.This technology is suitable for single casting,small batch casting and multi variety casting.Because the water chamber products of heat exchanger of the unit are single piece,small batch and various products with low dimensional accuracy and simple processing,it is especially suitable for this manufacturing process.By directly NC machining sand mold driven by 3D CAD model,the product sample can be manufactured accurately according to the designed 3D model.Without wood mold,the development time and cost of complex castings can be greatly reduced,so it has a broad application prospect.The relevant research and practice work of this paper provides a good reference for the lightweight design of enterprise products,the transformation of energy saving and cost reduction,and the promotion and application of advanced manufacturing technology. |
