At present,there are many kinds of Internet of vehicles products on the market.Due to the different technical levels of different enterprises and the different cost control strategies,some of the Internet of vehicles products are unreasonable in the design of human-computer interface,and the human-computer interaction experience is poor.In terms of function design,some Internet of vehicles products only support vehicle function without mobile phone application,and some have vehicle and mobile phone terminal,but the function practicability is not strong.The operation level of some functions is too complex,which seriously affects the consumption experience,and has a negative impact on the word-of-mouth communication and marketing of related models.Based on the above problems of the Internet of vehicles products,we combine the statistical database of China automobile industry yearbook and the vehicle configuration database of China automotive industry information network to further analyze the equipment rate of Internet of vehicles products.At the same time,considering independent and joint venture,traditional and emerging automobile enterprises,we select zebra Zhixing,anjixing,g-netlink,smart trumpchi and Mercedes Me and Tesla Internet of vehicles six mainstream products,as the focus of this project.In order to make more scientific and reasonable product optimization suggestions for Internet of vehicles products,we choose two paths: functional benchmarking and user survey,which are based on the actual evaluation,and design the scenario of function benchmarking and the conditions of user survey according to the actual needs.In the functional benchmarking research,we set the participants as ordinary consumers and professional researchers.The evaluation of ordinary consumers is divided into the following steps: basic information review of interviewees,interviewbefore evaluation,experience and evaluation of Internet of vehicles products,and completed in different functional areas of the evaluation site.During the evaluation period,each user participating in the evaluation is equipped with a full-time visitor to lead the whole process of evaluation,and a system trained commentator is equipped for each IOT product to be responsible for the explanation of the product.The evaluation of professional researchers mainly includes: software and hardware design parameter Benchmarking(such as system level,screen size,etc.),car terminal function benchmarking,mobile phone end function benchmarking,mobile phone remote control duration benchmarking,etc.In the user survey,270 typical existing users of Internet of vehicles were selected in Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou to carry out quantitative research,aiming at covering mainstream cities and selecting actual consumers.In the process of evaluation and benchmarking,we collected and recorded the software and hardware design of the Internet of vehicles products,as well as the preferences of the evaluation personnel for the car terminal,mobile phone terminal and characteristic functions.In the consumer survey,we focused on the research on the renewal intention of the users of the Internet of vehicles products,and sorted out the user preferences! Through the evaluation function benchmarking,we found that large size,less hierarchy and multi screen linkage are software and hardware designs with high user satisfaction,and users pay more attention to the rationality of the layout of Internet of vehicles products.Security,vehicle diagnosis and navigation are the functions of high user preference.Remote control,vehicle positioning and vehicle diagnosis are mobile phone functions with high user preference.The functions of voice control switch window,instrument central control integrated screen,LCD panel,mobile phone controlled vehicle automatic parking,keyless driving,remote upgrade,vertical large screen and other functions are the features of users with high preference in the evaluation of Internet of vehicles products.We have a comprehensive grasp of the design and function status of Internet of vehicles products through desk data sorting,functional benchmarking of real vehicle evaluation and consumer research.From the three aspects of human-computer interaction,function optimization and service mode that affect consumers' decision-making,this paper puts forward the following suggestions in terms of human-computer interaction:(1)it is suggested that Internet of vehicles(IOV)products should be equipped with more than 10 inch central control panel to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of products;(2)ar-hud / instrument / central control and full LCD instrument will gradually become important designs to enhance the competitiveness of Internet of vehicles products;(3)interactive design of Internet of vehicles products should Based on the principle of minimum participation of drivers in the driving process,the interactive level can be flattened and the function layout can be customized.(4)under the premise that touch screen control and voice control can not completely replace physical keys,it is recommended to keep the physical keys such as hazard warning flashers,emergency rescue and other warning and rescue physical keys,as well as the physical keys such as ESP,ramp maintenance and defrosting functions,Physical keys such as Voice Interactive Start button,volume adjustment and core page switching can be reserved appropriately,and voice and touch screen control can be supported at the same time.In terms of function optimization,it is proposed that(1)security,vehicle diagnosis,navigation and voice interaction are the essential basic functions of the Internet of vehicles at the vehicle terminal;(2)online music,online payment and face / gesture recognition are recommended functions of the Internet of vehicles at the vehicle terminal,and enterprises are recommended to equip them as far as possible;(3)call center,online radio,mobile screen mapping,and third-party application are optional functions of the Internet of vehicles at the vehicle terminal Yes,enterprises can choose whether to equip them according to the cost and development situation;(4)remote control such as door lock and air conditioner,vehicle positioning,vehiclediagnosis and tariff payment are the essential basic functions of Internet of vehicles on mobile phone;(5)driving behavior analysis and feedback of use opinions are recommended functions of Internet of vehicles on mobile phones,and enterprises are recommended to equip them as far as possible;(6)mobile phones control vehicle automatic parking,trunk,etc Seat,smart home and other remote control,new insurance,user exclusive activities,travel services are optional functions of the Internet of vehicles at the mobile phone end,and enterprises can choose whether to equip them according to the cost and development situation;(7)the Internet of vehicles should have the ability of remote upgrade of Ota,and realize in-depth vehicle diagnosis through remote data acquisition and analysis;(8)To improve the accuracy of human-computer interaction and realize the optimization and integration with more vehicle functions,the response time of mobile phone remote control is recommended to be 1-2s,so as to enhance the stability of response time.In terms of service mode,(1)the basic application flow is free,and the entertainment information flow can be given a certain amount;(2)the basic function is free,and the charging function is modular,self selected and low cost,and all enterprises with conditions can be free.Finally,according to the overall consumer satisfaction results of the six Internet of vehicles products tested in this research project,the development trend of the future Internet of vehicles products is comprehensively predicted,and the acceptance degree of consumers is investigated for these trends,which further ensures the accuracy of trend judgment.
