Electric power communication network is one of the important components of power grid,and it is an important means to ensure safety and stable operation of power grid and reliable power supply.During the implementation of the 13 th Five-Year Plan of the State Grid Corporation of China,With the construction and transformation of electric Electric power communication network,The number of devices of various standards in the network is increasing,These equipments are respectively applied to different network fields such as transmission network,switching network,service network,support network,integrated data network,etc.of Electric power communication network.The types of services it carries are also very different.Relying solely on manual data recording and archiving construction design drawings requires higher communication dispatching work.The above situation brings many difficulties to the daily communication operation and maintenance management of power enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to design a power communication management system for real-time,reliable and comprehensive management of communication equipment and communication services in the Electric power communication network.In view of the lack of unified communication management system in Electric power communication network,this paper first analyzes and studies the technologies and means adopted by professional network management of different manufacturers in the existing power communication system,and refers to the operation and maintenance management modes of China Mobile and China Telecom.Secondly,according to the characteristic functions of the power communication system,the power communication resources are modeled from two angles of logic and physics.Then,the three-tier architecture of the power communication management system is designed based on J2 EE technical specifications: The customer layer,the middle layer,and the model layer,The client layer consists of web clients and RCP clients,The main functions are human-computer interaction interface display and function display.The application server in the middle layer is responsible for processing various business logic functions.The model layer encapsulates the bottom data of the business,including the resource database in the background,and carries out life cycle management on various information and resource data of power communication resources.Finally,according to the overall functional requirements of the power communication system and the existing technical conditions,the corresponding system construction platform is designed and built,and four functional modules ofreal-time monitoring,data acquisition,operation management and resource management.
