In recent years,domestic and foreign scientific research institutions and famous universities have made in-depth research on wireless charging technology and the continuous development and application of electric vehicle technology research.This paper describes the development status of electric vehicles in China and the positive policy support in China,but at the same time,there are a series of problems and difficulties in the use of electric vehicles,such as high safety risks,high maintenance and warranty inspection costs,low charging conversion efficiency,and difficult implementation technology,as well as the research situation at home and abroad and the future development trend.Studying the basic theoretical methods of power wireless technology,based on Maxwell theory,electromagnetic field theory,electromagnetic coupling resonance theory and lumped equivalent circuit theory,is helpful to study the power transmission and conversion model.The working frequency,transmission power and transmission distance of the three wireless transmission modes are analyzed and compared,and the electromagnetic coupling wireless transmission mode is preferred.The structure design of wireless charging system for electric vehicles is generally composed of five modules,including rectifier circuit,inverter circuit and resonance compensation circuit.When designing and selecting the structure of full-bridge inverter circuit,LCC compensation circuit is preferred.The magnetic effect and eddy current effect of metal materials are analyzed.Because of the influence of the two effects on the whole electric vehicle,the characteristics of metals in different positions,different sizes and different metal materials are compared in simulation experiments,and the corresponding equivalent circuit calculation model is simulated and designed in Matlab.Through the comparison and analysis of real experiment and simulation results,the overall design of wireless charging model and experimental simulation verification are carried out,and the overall model research scheme is designed.The circuit design and parameters of transmitting end and receiving end are calculated,and the device selection,charging drive,control circuit and experimental simulation are selected In the charging equipment access scheme of the power Internet of Things platform,the structure of the power Internet of Things platform is expounded,which mainly utilizes two power Internet of Things sub-platforms,namely,data middle platform and business middle platform,and the basic principle of accessing electric vehicles to wireless charging platform.The connection between electric vehicles and wireless charging platform is realized by two access modes,namely,above-ground access and buried access.The overall comparison experiment is carried out under no-load experiment,on-load experiment,indoor experiment and outdoor experimentenvironment.Measure and record battery power and service efficiency of electric vehicles respectively,define TCU terminal equipment of power internet of things platform,refine main functions such as charging control,information collection,log management,automatic fault detection,power billing,standardize communication protocol,network port and safety requirements,realize real-time sharing and interaction of power data,and expand the construction and application of power internet of things platform.
