In this paper,in view of the carbon fiber reinforced by fire artifacts of pure bending mechanical properties of study before the study of carbon fiber reinforced,first the finite element software ABAQUS temperature field model is established,and the heating curve as compared with previous test,verify,and steel pipe concrete finite element model is established,and then the simulation using ISO-834 standard heating up curve of steel tube concrete member fire effect,the correctness of the composite components to create or not was analyzed,and compared with test component of the load deflection curve,observe its accuracy are in good condition.On this basis,the composite components were analyzed by the fire time parameters such as steel tube concrete content of the components affect of flexural bearing capacity after fire then again using the ABAQUS finite element models of carbon fiber cloth,to be strengthened the immunity of pure bending deformation simulation rendering component of immunity deformation curve and the curve of sine half-wave contrast and strengthening the components of fire load deflection curve,the establishment of the finite element model for CFRP for validation,validation show that high precision around the CFRP reinforcement way at last.The ultimate bearing capacity of reinforced fire-bearing members is analyzed by the direction of reinforcement and the number of layers.The results show that the direction,mode and number of reinforcement layers of CFRP sheets are all important parameters that affect the ultimate flexural capacity of the reinforced members.After the direction of reinforcement is determined,the number of reinforcement layers is unified.The analysis results show that the best reinforcement method is four-wound reinforcement.The influence of reinforcement layers on the bearing capacity is relatively obvious.Under different fire time nodes,the ultimate bearing capacity of CFRP reinforced fire members increases with the same trend.The ultimate bearing capacity of the reinforced members can be increased by more than 68% compared with the unreinforced members.In this paper,the number of reinforced layers of CFRP sheets is further analyzed,and the formula of improving the ultimate bending capacity of CFRP sheets under pure bending is put forward.The calculation results have high precision.
